KSI Gray Fox 7 7 Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 It's great having a recruit tag, it will help our security checks, and just because the recruits are approved to be orientated does not mean that each squad should just bring them in, still perform your security checks and it would be wise for each squad to start thinking of forming a welcoming committee, it may be a goal coming up in the future, AV is on the rise and if we continue all the hard work we are doing and continue to meet our goals, I don't see anything stopping us Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KSI Gray Fox 7 7 Posted January 9, 2013 Report Share Posted January 9, 2013 It's such a pain when new recruits don't add the tag right away, best way is to get your officer staff and bring in SSGT's and SGT's and just tell them to get ahold of them when they see em sign on, get as many members as you can to try to get them in a party and let em know, and a side note for all the GENS, when a recruit is cleared to be orientated let your whole officer staff know so they can get em orientated properly and change over their security settings, we don't want RCT's staying in limbo for more than 48-72 hours Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KSI Gray Fox 7 7 Posted January 10, 2013 Report Share Posted January 10, 2013 Well we have just CPT's on the tag, I'm going to open it up and send out requests to all the officers so LT's and CPT's in each squad will be friends with them and I'll let the GEN know about a RCT that needs orientation but at the same time if you can see a RCT on the tag and their motto says they're to be in your squad then the officer can recruit them then and there, once they are accepted on the recruit tag then they are cleared to get on the squad tag, I keep them pending until they're not a security threat, it's all going to be explained in further detail on Sunday's meeting just in case not everyone is clear on the new recruiting policy, we've only had the recruit tag for one week, but I want everyone who is on the friends list to check it daily to get into the habit of taking the initiative to orientate and game with the new members Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KSI Gray Fox 7 7 Posted January 11, 2013 Report Share Posted January 11, 2013 Why wouldn't we use all the resources available to us to help train new recruits, and give the officer staff an opportunity to showcase the training that they've received? The officers will pass along the training and information to new and existing members which ,in turn, would make our Division stronger. Then when we grow in strength and numbers, all of our members will be well versed in the rules and the code of conduct within KSI. KSI Gray Fox 7 7 Posted January 11, 2013 Report Share Posted January 11, 2013 The recruit tag is being properly used in AV, it's quite simple, officers orientate the recruits that are on the recruit tag, I've read your link instead of up to three "trainers" I'm having the whole officer staff have access to the recruit tag for each squad to expedite the entire process, of checking over the RCT and orientating them.
