Anyone in my squad that is wanting to learn how to recruit and move up, needs to attend. There, we will go over essential things that have to deal with as follows: 1. The recruitment, training, and retention of new members. 2. Remembering your rank structure. 3. A (more or less) history lesson of KSI 4. Ranks and Duties. I will cover much more, but those are the main topics that I wanted to go over. Again, I must iterate, that this is VERY IMPORTANT for people who want to move up, to attend these sessions. So there shouldn't be any excuse for officers to not be on forums. These classes will be set up on a timeframe that fits for anyone who would like to apply for them. Thank you for your time.
