Cutthroat attitudes to Ranking up (Quality control) and The miss conception that splitting a squad results in the general getting Co-founder.

> People who Fill squads fast and expect to be promoted....and people who feel just because they are online they should be ranked up....despite not doing much. Promotion of immature members to officer spots.

> This problem is more and More obvious and apparent.....Co-Founders being promoted Solely for Splitting a squad is causing Unstable squads and divisional issues to rise

Recruiting (mentoring)

When recruiting we know that the policy of recruiting and mentoring is strict....if you are mentoring people that means exactly that Do not just supply them with all they need to know in the space of an hour

Recent alerts of Sexual Harassment By male members of KSI to Female members.

1: Okay I keep coming across this a lot of our Younger members and older members have this thing about the second they hear a girls voice....or become aware of their being girls in either their squad or division....and even other divisions......They hound them and pressure them for information, like phone numbers..... Old issue..yes but still a recurring one that always carries Legal ramifications.

(Granted Females who are actively abusing their Female attributes to get what they want. will be dealt with..its not acceptable)

Divisional Aid and help

Impressing it upon the divisions that if they need Help...they can ask us. If we see an issue that needs to be addressed we will offer any and all advice or criticism possible to aid in the correction of issues. Including supplying them with Information based Aid topics and even personal Workshops to Help them learn the skills to solve issues that Can come up.

Recruitment Age.

Okay so its been a while since the updated COC Stating the absolute Minimum age to be recruited in is 15. However....there are still divisions "Authorizing" people to be recruited....that are under that....Clarification on the LOWEST age being 15. Maturity of the member Is a huge factor...while we will let it slide for a member being a month or so away from their birthday....15 is still the minimum.

Inactivity + removal

Inactivity period, Granted while some of these members offline for those periods are unranked...there are LT's CPT's and even Generals who do this or have done this....But were not removed.

*granted if suitable excuse is present, like military leave then those members retain that rank, just not guaranteed to hold that rank in the squad when they left, or family emergency , the general must be aware of the circumstance.

The Rule of Thumb needs to be impressed to them Go offline for 14+ days to 30 Days Maximum. you are removed for inactivity and lose your rank in the squad.

Squad activity + fast promotions

8: Squad activity to press upon them the importance of the following: Recruiting quality members, Maintaining active members, Valuing those who are putting in work. The importance of training the members from PVT thru to CPT to ensure Quality leadership is being created and utilized.

Fast promotions...they are happening. This cannot take place....the very reason we have time requirements for ranks is to grow the leadership and give them experience....otherwise Poop falls apart

KSI is on lockdown, do not accept any invites or friend request from random people, make sure that u have ur friends to friends only and make sure that everyone that u come into contact with in your squad or division has this done as well. BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS when asking them to do it.
