There is no exes use for anyone not to. We all have Internet explorer on our dashboard now. I expect to see posts from everyone in here. We are doing great so far. I am just chillin in the band room at school Bc I have a directed study first period A-day. Hey Regal Babies, How is everyone? I am happy with the progress we are still making. I am still extremely happy about the attendance we had at the meeting!!! That was awesome! We need to have that attendance at every meeting! Also if we can pick up a little more on recruiting that would be great! *ATTENTION SGTS AND UP!!!!* I am doing a recruiting test to everyone! I am going to see how you recruit because lately there have been MuLtIple unacceptable errors in some recruiting and it has to be fixed. If you fail then you will be retrained and will retake the test. Everyone WILL pass. Everyone will take the recruiting test until they pass. After you pass you will get a recruit and recruit them infront of me. If I do not witness it your test won't be finalized. If ur a sgt and do not know how to recruit yet your NoT excused. I will train you, test you, give u a few days then test you again. I am going to start doing these tests maybe once a month. ~thank you darlings. Love yall. U can come in here and post about u being constipated for all I care as long as you post. Lol I don't advise u posting about that but it will give me a good laugh lol. Just make sure u post on here a few times a week I'd be more than pleased if u posted everyday. I try to post everyday and so far I'm doing a pretty good job at it. So keep posting. Also, I'm looking for someone to do me a sig as well. So if anyone knows anybody who does them or knows who does them hit me up!! I been looking for weeks now. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could hook me up because the signature requests on the forum is the greatest. I haven't had any help from the graphic design people. @my Regal babies, Howdy y'all! It's kinda getting to the point where I kinda feel like I'm talking to misled on here. Come on everyone post! Over time I will see that you are doing your job and I will let you know that i notice. your spot will be "proven" when you are eventually promoted. But thank you for showing a little potential. Just keep your pace. Also, when you recruit someone make sure you do EVERYTHING that is needed for recruiting. I've been having problems with recruits having to be re-recruited because it wasn't done correctly in the beginning matt3r at hand. ( my e on my keyboard takes like three pushs to do so imma start using 3 as e now SORRY!!!!!) Im not saying "ALL" of the problems came from your recruits. Also, if i ups3t you today i am sorry but i dont s33 how your ups3t. I was looking out for th3 squad. du3 to th3 r3c3nt m3ss ups i am going to do things lik3 qu3stion r3cruits A LOT mor3 oft3n. i think it is r3diculous th3 # of r3cruits that had m3ss ups. I wouldnt mak3 such a big d3al from it if it was on3 or two h3r3 and th3r3 but it was lik3 4-5 in about a w33k and a half tim3 span. If I messed up in the past recruiting someone you could have sent me a text on xbox and told me of my error and I would have correceted it! But no probs I follow every process needed wen I'm recruiting and I read them the code of conduct and so on...
