Even though he has only been a general for a few short months his squad is doing well, and I believe he deserves some recognition for keeping it together when most would have thrown in the towel feeling like all hope was lost. Most captains would not have the perseverance to stick it out as long as Bill. Granted he does have his moments where I want to smack him upside the head like junior, he does know what he's doing as a captain and he has the potential to become a fine General. Hes had some rough patches like a father that won't let him get on certain days, balancing college and ksi and college is never easy, and the time difference that comes with living on the other side of the planet are some of the challenges that Bill has over come. I hope to see him rise past the rank of captain for a well deserved spot as a general in the future. He has been quite the instrument and has proven he deserves to be an officer. I can't wait to see how far he will go. When he told me he was trying to become forum staff I will admit I kind of laughed and didn't think he'd get his chance. I almost feel like he originally did it just to prove me wrong.(He tends to do that) he's shown that he's dedicated to ksi and forum staff and I believe he more then deserves forum staff of the month.

I should know he is constantly talking about it. Dealing with issues, cleaning, helping members, the list goes on. It honestly is surprising he isn't a GM yet.

I watched her push forward, advance, and decimate her way to a co founder that i am proud to be over. she knows what shes doing and im confident in her ability to go even higher then cofounder. I can witness for all of these. She was brought into a squad that was in the process of being rebuilt. Every active member in memories currently recriuted is trained or recruited by direct contact by her, or the product of one of her recruits. She's done a very good job in a squad that wasn't going to word her favor in the first place. She's done the best with the resources she has had available and is directly responsible for the full rebirth of memories.

I can witness for all three awards. Homicide a captain now. But before he hit LT I didn't think he would be as awesome of a leader or member as he has become. He took my opinion and set out to prove me wrong. He deserves all of these awards.

I have known this man my entire ksi career. -I have personally seen aswell as aided in his recruitment history from our time in legacy wrath echo both times aswell as our time in divisional leadership. He trains with the skill of a craftsmen and puts most members to shame in both the quantity aswell as the quality and caliber of his recruits. -jezrien has been a mentor to every officer below him in our long and distinguished career, training and mentoring well over 2 dozen officers. The most notable ones are as follows KSI Zanimus 7, KSI Bloodshot 7, and KSI Goddess. I could list more but I don't think you want me writing a book with my grammar... As for the final award you need not look no further. I may be an ace and a clown but I wouldn't have gotten past captain without jezrien pushing and training me. He has made sure that I am a worthy co founder and that I continue to be an excellent cofo. He's trained and aided in the training of several generals some of which have been promoted. He's dedicated to ls as we've both had KSI gamertags constantly for almost 3 years now. First he was KSI Ragnarok or "rags" as we called him in our time in legacy and wrath(not to be confused with the forum mod with the same name) after a long break from ksi we rejoined and fixed echo from the ground up. After his promotion to cofounder the first time he then changed his name to the name you see before you.
