4. Please don’t forget that we (Senior Directors) are still settling into our new role as the goto guys and are trying to set up a face to face with each division leader and their team.

5. G14 access: we are wanting to make sure that you know that the access to the g14 is not going to be allowed to go past 7 days but we will be communicating as much as we can so be prepared to get messages from us to help remind you to do your job.

6. Make sure to keep up with the work that is due on the forums for example: G14 request and removal, forums request or removal.

7. The Leader List is now being done by the Senior Directors Please send a full list by PM and include all of us so we can correct any and all Divisions. Remember this should be updated monthly and or any time a promotion or demotion happens. Also you are responsible to send this information to Luci on the forums.

Hi Mrs. Terrors. I hope I can help you with some of these situations.

-You say that you sit back and you watched all the drama and bs unfold in front of you. Go to your upper leadership. I know your husband is one of your 7's. Go to him or anyone higher and explain to them the situation. One of the rules in the KSI CoC is to follow the "Chain of Command". If the next rank can't help, keep taking it higher. I can tell you, from personal experience, that drama in KSI isn't fun. It's a drag and it sucks even more if your a part of it.

-You also say that you only trust a few of your leadership. Learn to work along side with them. If the 7's in KSI can't be trusted, then there is no foundation on which we can build upon. If you don't mind, if you could PM me why you don't trust them, it would be greatly appreciated. I would love to help.

-People are hungry for rank. It's natural human instinct. When we see someone in power, whether it's work or in a gaming community, we want it. I tell people that are looking for rank the same thing every time. "If your looking to gain rank quickly, then this isn't for you."
We are looking for quality members that are here for the experience, not to see who can get to a 7 rank the quickest. Teach them the values of ranking and they will want to take their time getting there.

-The fact that people have the balls to say that women don't deserve rank is pathetic. Let's take KSI QueenJess 7 for example. She is a fantastic person and a fantastic leader. If someone truly has the gut to go up to her and say "You don't deserve your rank (Chief of Staff), god help them." I can say I have seen some women in very high places within KSI, I should know. KSI BUBBLEZ 7 and KSI RoYalPiinK 7 are my higher-ups. I trust them in their day-to-day activites and they always put their squad/division before themselves.

Iv been bumping around this community awhile now and I can say iv seen a portion of what you mean. KSI is not perfect but neither is a family I cant speak for all of KSI just myself but Past the flaws that are there KSI is full of great people and good experiences Iv met great people here and built great friendships that will last a long time. As for the disrespect towards women that should not happen as it violates CoC but in my div half the gens are women as well as fuzzy said the CoS is amd iv seen plenty more in high positions. KSI is what you make it I hope those that you speak of see this thread and change. Mad respect for you and this post as most wont speak up I hope it gets better for you here.
