I agree with Kaze the Hotshot Recruiter is a good idea but I can see it being hard to witness just because sometimes people could just say they did it without doing too much but if it is doable I think it would be cool. Newbie Elite would be a little weird to me just because there are so many CPL's but not many actually do referrals (Just from what i've seen) GMM seems weird why award people for having awards?
