I haven't been in dm for long but elkram so far is a great leader taking the role of acting gen while ours us away he puts so much time into this community while balancing his military life and that is hard. He goes beyond his role of cofounder creating gamenights and parties for us to just chill in while still keeping us focused on our squad I'm not the greatest person with words but this leader has kept my squad going without a lot of issues on hand i haven't felt more welcomed by a leader sense true I guess it's a quality in dm sevens but elkram deserves this award and I hope he gets it.

Also this member solved more issues than can count when fi needs him he goes out of his way to help.he also is just so motivated when members are feeling down he goes in there parties to cheer them up ,it truly feels like a family and thats after he does his daily motivational messages on Xbox. I can keep going on and on about this member he truly represents what we look for in ksi and I couldn't be more happy he's our div leader. Ok this member has caused his fair amount of drama he has been immature to the point of members leaving and is very reactive to things people say taking a joke and making it drama and keeping the grudge going till a seven has to calm him down.
