For those Outstanding Service awards, you need specific examples that show you are the best of your rank, that you are always offering to go "above and beyond" as they say, and you need testimony from those around you as well as your superiors. For these, you would specifically need the support from Directors and Senior Directors, so we can count the testimony as credible.

Please get them to do so.

With that, it would require testimony from the division's hierarchy along with Directors. This could lead to favoritism and backlash, as most, if not all divisions, have hard-working squads and to honor one would dishonor many who may equally deserve it. Also... who would get this award? It wouldn't be doable to give the award out to all 50-100 people in that squad.

Yes, it does matter. Your title, and thus responsibility, are not completely the same as a General. You can get Outstanding Level 1 since it's open for any rank, but you will need testimony from Mufasa, Ninja, and/or Rukia as well. For Member Assistance, you will need one or two more witnesses saying you've helped them. Simply put... if your position title and prerequisites are not met, you will not be eligible to receive that award. No exceptions. Also, I want you to realize that because 2 of the awards are not going to happen today, 1) The other 3 awards are still very much attainable if you get the necessary witnesses, and 2) If you keep working and you get to the appropriate rank and do an outstanding job there, you can re-apply for them at that time.

*** I am acting as a witness and will not be voting.*** Outstanding Service Lvl1- I will support this award for Legion. He is a hard working member within GZ. He has hosted SGT workshops not only for his own squad, but also for other squads within the division. He is honest, open, and hard working. While his General was on rank suspension a few week ago, Legion took charge and the squad improved and moved forward without the General even being active within the squad. He is a great trainer, very active on the forums, and he has a great knowledge and drive towards KSI. He offers help for anyone who needs it and is always willing to go above and beyond the call of his rank. I wish there were more people like this in GZ. If any more evidence is needed, I will post up what's needed. Silver Outstanding Service Lvl2 - I cannot support this as the description states this is only available for Generals or higher... Most Outstanding- I cannot support this award either. Member Assistance- I can attest to this as I have seen him personally answer questions to many in the division.
