I have also gone to 5 workshops over the 1 year and 11 months I have been here for. I have also made and host my own workshops.

Currently T&E is working with productions as always. So if news would want to get involved with anything myself, tohdoh, and jezrien would get together. But T&E currently is not doing anything that would be worth news to write about. Whenever there is I always alert Jezrien before the event happens. So he can get yourself or other news team members to write about it.

I can witness to Destined OS level 1. This guy right here is not your average member. From the time I was in DR, I saw this member transform from an average member to a leader. What really proved to me that he was no average member is that he was able to build up a very active squad from nothing. When he was first given the squad Valkyrie, it was at about 30-40 members with only a couple active members. So he knew it would be a challenge to build up the squad. But he over came all obstacles and shattered any goal he came up with or was given. He lead his squad through it all. He helped his members and any other members that needed help. He played with anyone that was wanting to game. He has also been a mentor for multiple members throughout DR. He will be a good Co Founder for DR and will help lead the div to greatness. Also for trainer, When I was a Co Founder in DR a couple months ago I saw him train multiple people for his squad. At first he was the only officer in his squad training member. He has trained a large amount of members.

The expectations of a T&E Staff member is to have the ability to know how to run a tournament or event by themselves in the long run. That includes being able to: Have the time to host at least one event/tournament per month. (WW, BR, etc) Help manage the Weekend Warfare web site. Know how to set up the a tournament properly. Know how many judges or staff members would be needed for a tournament How to get the contestants all ready for the event any way you can. (questions, info, etc.) Most importantly be a people person. Being a Staff member is a voluntary position, but once accepted one MUST uphold to the responsibilities laid before them. Also, if you say you will host an event, you are expected to follow through. Once accepted as a staff member you will go through a screening through one of the heads of the department to train and prepare you for events. I can witness to this. Ever since I met bacchus he has always wanted to make KSI better. When he was under ninja as a founder him and ninja really made WI flourish with activity and numbers. But when ninja stepped down, bacchus kept the momentum going and made it stronger. He has done amazing things for WI and works his hardest to ensure his members are happy. Not to mention he is a great IA staff member to work with. He has a lot of knowledge and helps the department out with so much, he is a true value to KSI. <333 bacchus
