  Hefner, has been a very active officer from SSGT to CAPT, when he stepped up I got to know him as a person and officer and we are like minded when it comes to KSI, he cares about the community in a way that brings exclusivity for everyone. His ideas bring new perspective for the rest of the Samurai’s officer core, he has dealt with many issues that have arisen in Samurai with unbiased view. He presents professionalism as a captain and member of KSI. I am excited to see what this year will bring for him.

reasons for this award: D0ngus has made her mark in Samurai quickly, she doesn’t take crap from anyone, but she can also be sweet, she helps those who ask without hesitation and has become one of the best SSGT’s I have seen. Reasons for this award:
 This year has been a rollercoaster for Samurai, but even with her real life changing constantly, Mamatank has been doing her best to maintain Samurai, she went above and beyond, doing her Gen duties while working! She will be up late at night to get her tasks done before going to bed, she will squeeze in time to hang with the members.  She has worked very hard this year to keep samurai to the standard that it has been, but she is always pushing to have Samurai better, by getting with her officers and establishing a game plan make samurai is always busy doing something, and is not afraid to ask for help when she needs it. I am excited to see what samurai will look like in 2023!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Athena may be the newest addition to the WD but i am glad she is a part of this family.  She may not be not be the co-founder over Samurai but she still takes time out of her busy schedule to stop in and say hi to Samurai. With that being said, ever since she joined WD, she has helped Vanquish become a successful squad. Not only that but shes also help them become stronger all around and get them closer to a squad split. She is awesome and i am glad she is a part of WD. She is representing females and killing it! I wish i could say more about her but unfortunately i have only known her for a short time. I cant wait to see her continue to succeed. Even if she isnt a winner this month, she is still a winner!

Reasoning why they deserve this - where do i begin?  Mamatank never disappoints me when it comes to being a friend, general, mentor and role model. Mamatank never lets her officers and members, down. Mama sees the potential in all officers and wants nothing but the next. When it comes to me, she has encouraged me to become a better officer, more professional in KSI, better managing my time so i dont overwhelm myself and help me become a better team player. The way she runs her squads is nothing i have seen before. She is a hands on trainer and wants her officers to physically do our training. She understands that some people learn better when it is hands on verses verbal and visual training. I never had intentions on becoming a general until i saw the way Mama trained her officers. I feel confident that i can successful run a squad. With that being said, my success in KSI has been because of the help of this women. I hope to see her continue to succeed in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Tiberius is someone I look at as my friend, fellow officer and my mentee. I enjoy working beside him ane helping him get ready for a LT positon. Tiberius is always motivated to become a better officer. Tiberius completes his officer duties succesfully on a day to day basis. He is also willing to do hands on training to get ready for when it comes to completing his future LT duties. Tiberius is doing a wonderful job and i cant wait to see where he goes within KSI in his future.

Mamatank is by far one of the most well known/popular members in WD. She has been a general for almost 10 months now and is always open to learning more. She is a powerhouse officer, but also she is a fantastic member. Everyone knows who she is and everyone knows they can come to her when they have an issue. She is by far one of the most influential people in the division. Everyone looks up to her and everyone respects her. She does an amazing job in everything she does. Her list of awards on her profile and I don't have much time to go over all of them. She is a fantastic person, member, and leader that is always going above and beyond to help the members within KSI. She loves KSI and she does everything she can to better her division and this community. If not for her and her drive, then Samurai would have shut down long ago, which would have caused WD to have folded. She has been a tremendous help to making sure that her squad and division have succeeded. She is always open to constructive criticism and treats everyone with respect. She will always hear a member out and has done amazing at decision making by looking at the bigger picture. She definitely deserves WD Hall of Fame.

Reasoning why they deserve this - She has done amazing things ever since joining WD. She has come in strong from the start and has had a tremendous impact on the division making sure that things are getting done properly and efficiently. She has helped with  the retraining of officers, helped with motivation and morale, and she has sparked life into the division by bringing positivity and joy even through the tough times of SL closing. Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Mamatank has done an amazing job leading her squad. She has got her officers producing at a high level in every aspect of their duties. She is an excellent leader who is well known by everyone within her squad and division. She is well respected and has busted her butt recently to make sure that Samurai continues growing and thriving while allowing her officers to grow and develop their skills. She has trained officers and hopped in numerous to parties to make sure everyone feels valued and accommodated. She is a great problem solver and thinks about the bigger picture consistently before making decisions. She listens to everyone and is always there for her members. Reasoning why they deserve this - Eslin is second to none when it comes to being a captain. She has basically been running Carnage WD since the squad has been created. She has recruited, promoted, transferred, trained, member retended, etc. She has done it all and she has done it well. She is open to feedback, and she constantly strives to get better. Her name is always in the stats page and she is constantly communicating with all of the members on discord and xbox while she is updating promotion lists, weekly schedules, etc. She is not afraid to speak her mind, but she is always willing to learn as well. She has never shyed away from a challenge and is always trying to prove herself that she is ready to be a leader that this community deserves. She has faced many struggles and strife, yet she refuses to give in. She could easily quit and say she had a good career, but she refuses to let it die there. She is the face of her squad and continues to improve on a daily basis. Although her home division closed, she has continued to keep a positive attitude while never giving up. Her squad has three officers and instead of throwing in the towel she has decided to put the burden on her back and carry her squad to success, which has constantly improved since being established in WD. I would argue that Eslin has done more this month than most have to do in three months combined and has done it with less help because of the lower number officer corp. Her hard work has not gone unnoticed by her squad and she definitely deserves recognition for the work she has accomplished throughout this month. She is definitely more than deserving of this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this- Nobe has gone above and beyond as a SSGT. Dude is a recruiting beast and has proved why he a force to be reckoned with in clan ops. He is always recruiting, playing with members, and communicating with people. He is always in the stats page. He is always open to constructive criticism, and continues to improve as an officer everyday. He is an amazing leader and is great with being there for members. There is nothing that he can't do, and it is clear that he will be able to work back up the ranks quickly with the effort that he continues to give on a daily basis.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Even though DC main rank is CKO, he is an acting Cofounder in WD. Before Slick 7 and Athena transfered to WD, DC was the only acting Cofounder over Samurai and Vanquish. DC sees the potential in both squads and has helped strengthen and grow both tremendously. Without DCs help, WD could have potentially been shutdown. he deserves this award and the recognition.

Hello TI 

I wanna give a special Shout out to 2 special people tonight. One of whom is unfortunately no longer in... KSI. BUT I don't care this shout is happening anyways regardless. 
I'd like to thank Lez Kat for helping me through rough times and pushing me to stay here where my division needed help. She was there when I had questions and helped me learn alot about my rank as I was a gen. And soon was there for when I needed help outside of KSI as well. We have known eachother longer than we've been in this community and for me to stay and watch here go it left me in a tough spot. But I'm happy she pushed me to stay. To take care of the very division she had started.
And I'd also like to thank KSI Sycdan 7 for being there as my final time of being gen turning cofounder. And for persuading me that to stick around to help him raise this once great div back from the ashes. We took a hard hit back in 2016 and it still slightly shows. But we're picking up the pieces slowly but surely. And I'm grateful Sycdan was able to be a part of that. He helped me so much. No matter how often I put myself down or feel like I would be nothing in this community as I stood Idly by watching as our division was dying and on the brink of a merge.... he felt broken and wore out... and after seeing how bad the decline and fall of TI was hitting him. I tried to step up to the best of my ability along with other divs, officers... helping out the little guy. But unfortunately... when sycdan was finally able to access his one more often. He had already worn himself to the brink.
I appreciate everything these two have done not only for me but for TI as well.

shout out to KSI Sycdan 7. Though he may no longer be in TI at this time. He still helped me out so much. No matter how bad I wanted to leave or step down.... He always picked me up and helped me dust off at the end of the day. Made sure my head was on straight to help run the division beside him. He's helped out so many people. And inspired alot from how hard he had pushed himself... To the point where unfortunately we didn't realized how broken he himself had become trying to keep our heads above water.
To me TI will never "my division" it will always be "our division"

KSI Recruit Process: The Cyanide Method*
Ask birth year of those interested in joining our community (Do NOT continue if under the age of 15)
Get to know your possible recruit. Bring in other squad mates to make the person feel welcome (see how he responds with a team effort and make sure that person gets along with others within the squad)

COC---In order to maintain the high standards and ideals of KSI Global, all members MUST understand and abide by the following “Code of Conduct”
1.    Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
2.    KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation.
3.    Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members.

10.    The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Beastiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason.

Wanted to give a nice shoutout to those who came in and started to try and pull TI back into its former glory. Can't tell you how appreciative I am to have you here. No matter how many times you goofballs end up giving me whiplash from all the miscellaneous shenanigans....    
Thank you to @KSI xPRIDE and KSI Itz Brutal for pulling in the recruits no matter how heavy the situation and frustration gets. Got a game plan going now for cyanide and I really hope it works out in the end. ESPECIALLY with the recruiting.
