I vouch for KSI Shade 7 for the mentor award. He has mentored many members into the leaders they are today. I Have seen him take the time to sit down and teach what he knows to his squad's members.

Since I first joined KSI she has helped me become the leader that I am today. Whenever I need something, or just to talk she is always there with an open ear. She is one of the strongest leaders in KSI that I have had the pleasure of working with. I would not be where I am today in KSI without this woman. She does whatever it takes to take care of her members and deal with any issues that arise. She is loved by everyone in her division for good reason; she helps whenever ANYBODY needs it. He took a dying squad and made it the biggest and most well run in our division. His work ethic is second to none and the way he manages his squad is simply effective. He is the idealization of what a general should be and I am proud to say that I am his co-founder. I have never seen such an ambitious member in my time in KSI. Whenever any of his fellow members need help he is there. He is one of the major reasons I am the leader I am today, as he helped me make our division one of the best in KSI. Whenever something’s asked of him, he does not hesitate to get it done. When he sees something that looks out of place, he is not afraid to voice it to his leaders in hopes of getting any and all issues fixes. I am very proud of this member and can’t wait to see what he does when he climbs the ranks.

As his co-founder, I do not believe he has met the requirements for the outstanding service award as of yet. I would like to see a better work ethic as well as activity on live.

As his co-founder i can vouch that he is deserving of this award. He is one of the most dedicated members i have had the pleasure of meeting while in KSI. He goes above and beyond in regards to his efforts to make his squad run smoothly. He has an amazing work ethis and never ceases to impress me.

Since I cannot get the members who vouched for me as mentor to post again using exact phrasing I am revoking my request for the mentor award. I believe sufficient evidence was presented for the outstanding service as well as the trainer.

Member of the Month /General of the Month : During September, as a general I was successfully able to rally those members under me to do what was required to achieve a squad split. I completely changed the attitude in the squad I was over and made people proud to be in the positions they were in. The motivation level in Liberty (the squad) was at all all-time high and the squad is currently in the process of splitting. I am very proud to say how many new leaders are making themselves known and I feel I contributed largely to this fact. I feel that September was a month in which I shined as a great example of a KSI member, as well as a leader in KSI. I will get people to post here as witnesses. Outstanding service -(Lvl 1)- , Silver Outstanding -(Lvl 2)- My time in KSI has been a journey in which I have evolved as a person and as a leader. Weather it was respected members leaving, or drama within the division, or other clans causing a ruckus, I was able to solve any problem that came my way and come back stronger every time. I completely vouch for Lady Rukia. She had had consistently grown into her role as a leader in KSI. I’ve known her since we were both generals and she has the complete respect of all her peers and members in KSI. She helps anyone and everyone she get the chance to. I have never heard a negative comment about her due to the reason that one is never made. She is respected by everyone in our community and she deserves these awards.

I am going to vouch for Para to receive the Most Outstanding award. Although I and he bump heads once in a while, he is what defines a great leader. He has somewhat mentored me in the ways of KSI and I do believe if it were not for him rubbing off on me that I would not be the leader I am today. He has taught be to step back once in a while and consider all the variables before acting. He has taught me all of the little things such as politics in KSI that are rules written between the lines. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of KSI. He has and does go above and beyond when he feels that he needs to act. He is the type of leader that lets you try and figure out things on your own, at the same time helping you along the way. We are a strong division and I feel he help contribute to this fact. I have come across many leaders in KSI across multiple divisions and I feel that Para is an extremely involved leader. I can say all of this wholeheartedly since me and him have had our disagreements in the past I can still vouch for him.

He is one of the reasons CO is consistency growing, and becoming one of the most skilled divisions in KSI.
