Hundreds of recruits were bought in by all of us literally on a daily basis with KSI being at I believe it's highest population while we together helped run KSI. Hello all who read this and good day, 
 
I joined in 2016 as part of a destiny squad and very quickly climbed the ranks as part of my ambitious plan to run a squad so in doing so I pulled in recruits daily to legend to the point Legend split into Trocity, a squad I was placed in as an officer still until I had completed enough training to take leadership of the squad as General. During my time as an officer and General of Trocity my squad was one of the most active squads in KSI helping me to help divisional leadership take the Spirit Week Win for that year! 
I swiftly carried on building my squad with a strong officer staff through the coming months showing an interest in bettering myself and climbing the senior ranks to obtain my much coveted '7' and this was noticed by the current 7 Staff Akame, Kenpachi, Seraphim and CJ. Trocity continued to grow and further slip into Palladins where one of my Captains ApBliss too charge as their General where the squads growth slowed unfortunately but Trocity continued to grow and I pulled officers up along side me within the squad who with my guidance will also go on to be leaders within KSI: Hebrew, Mayor, Blazuto, Hhooter's, Akame (second time around) and Odin (for the 3rd time around). Once I transcended to divisional leadership my work did not stop there, I joined the AAP department (first time around) to better expand my knowledge of the AAP as we always used the department to build character of all my division by going above and beyond to earn the awards and using them as badges of honour is also LS was always the most active among the CEP workshops bettering themselves and the community.
There I mentored many members into officer ranks, General spots and helped some achieve their very own 7! The likes of Hebrew who reached Director, Hhooter's who reached Div Lead and others who went on to build LS to the power house it was! If it wasn't for the whole TSB invasion many would still be here of that I am sure. LS was one of the first chosen to beta test the Omega system due to activity and division size as we dwarfed other divisions at that time.
 
Under mine and KSI Bearded 7 leadership with W1ckeds guidance we won Spirit Week for the second time in 2 years only showcasing how active we was as a division where he was promoted to director also! We had 3 squad splits under my leadership that while I was a round was thriving!

I am a witness to KSI KiLLER 7,I believe he has shown great leadership capabilities throughout KSI. He is not only a great man but a great leader, giving his officer staff the tools and support needed to carry out the day to day activities. He is a hard working KSI member and has never given up. He has been a mentor and amazing leader to many people in LS. During my time as his Director I got to see how he uses his knowledge to the best of his abilities and strives to make others realize their capabilities and pushes them to reach higher then they ever have. He is an excellent recruiter and trainer and has developed quite a name for himself within KSI. I truly believe that KSI KiLLER 7 deserve this award. 

I remember him coming up, he was active enough for me to remember him being one of a few people from that time that remained active and were a motivational aspect to those coming up under him. While he could be abit of a joker sometimes he could retain the seriousness when it was called for...and wasnt unfair or too easy going when it came to promotions and training. He is always trying to make improvements to work he does..... (little bit OCD) I am however proud of his time and achievements that he pushed people to aspire to always Do better.

I think he deserves a spot in the HoF for sure. He was the reason I stayed in LS and pushed so hard to help build the division. Always a great leader and mentor when he was online and even when not online. He was the role model that pushed me to become an officer, Gen, and all the way up to Director rank. His amount of time invested into LS is amazing and only matched by a few, if any.

Killjoy TW: My squad was poached at 97% to .com, 2 other squads prior to that, from TW were poached to .com, most of my KSI friends were then in .com, so after thinking it through for about 2 weeks, I informed my 7's staff I was leaving .org for .com. I removed every .org ahead of time and informed my 7's staff of my move so they could remove my rights on the Access Denied, the forums and at the time the WW website
Anguish WI: I couldn't stand my squad general, KSI Tempah, and I wanted to go back in my original squad of Trocity TW who was struggling to stay "alive" and active. I was denied leaving the division considering how good a recruiter I was and that WI needed recruiter because too many members were div transfering at the time. There was no other squad of my gametype in WI at the time, so being denied my transfer I decided to put all my play time on my personnal life and studies, and not my XBOX. I was eventually fluffed for inactivity and the exams and the crhistmas break I decided to return to KSI early 2015. At the time Trocity TW was no more and as now called Trocity LS, so I joined them through the rejoin app, just like now.
DR Co-Division Leader: A former KSI DR member who left after threatening DR members of DDoS-ing them was at the time harassing me over xbox and kik daily with his pity drama, ordering me around and telling me what to do. I eventually blocked him on xbox, but he kept messaging on kik, so I sent him a smart ass comment before blocking him there too. He told me to take care of the stupid ass gay Poop happening in Seraphim and kick the staff out of KSI. I told him he was boring me with his pity comments. I then proceeded to send him a MEME good morning pic showing 2 guys that are either embrassing from behind apparently naked in bed where you can see their profile with no genitals pictured or partcipating the act of sodomy. The writtings on it said: the picture the best way, to start a day, good morning USA. I also sent him a bare chest guy with his arms up and a gay flag waving in the back saying unicorns get me hard. As a proud gay man investing time, money and effort in my local and sub-local gay community, and as a fully out gay man for the past 15 years there is no way I accept people using terms like gay to refer as doll, stupid or wrong. No matter the position in which I am or was. I made a fabulous exit you could say minus the gliters. I could have had a more discreet reaction. I could have also not rub it in people faces as I was told during my kicking interview, but I've not been closeted in many years. I knew what I was doing was provocative and I know that in my professionnal environment it wouldn't be tolerated either, but this double standard we sometime see from leaders in the community would not be even tolerated in a professionnal environment either. In my professionnal world, the canadian federal ministry of justice my actions on kik would be consider, no matter being on a private account since it started from my professionnal line of duty, of poor taste and unfitting a director position punishable by a suspension without pay of up to 1 month and a 3 months probation time upon return to work. The faulty employee can also expect the administrative judge to add note for harassment should it be not the first time that such a complain occured toward that employee and that said employee was made aware officially at said past time. The counter part of this situation would stand accused of perpetrating a hate crime, our vision of freedom of expression is limited by the ideology that ''the freedom of one citizen ends where another one begins'', such wording in my community is punishable by a criminal sentencing, criminal record, 6 months community service up to 5 years in a federal penitentiary depending on the court, the province and the judge. I knew I couldn't expect that vision from the community leadership, at least not on a unilateral level if you consider past experience and the question in this application where it is refered to [...]members coming from different path of life and beliefs[...]. It was not self-justice, but provocastive vengeance and though it was unfitting of my position, I have axxpeted the judgement that was rendered against me at the time. It goes withgout saying that I was bitter at the time and not entirely over it, as you can see by the density of the description of my latest removal from KSI.

BL by association in 2014, for 6 weeks, for joining .com. I have rejoined .org since that of course.
I was kicked last month september 6th for sharing a good morning MEME picture on kik with a former KSI member. The picture was consider suggestive and therefore I stood accused and was found guilty of distributing sensitive pictures. If you know me on kik you will have seen such MEME in the past, during my 4 years in KSI and will know to what I am refering.

Well, here's another one. Pliers goes above and beyond to ensure that things are ran smooth, and without a hitch. He puts his all into the T&E department. I have had the pleasure of working with Pliers for a few short weeks, and it has been amazing learning, and soaking up all the information I can. He is a personal mentor to multiple members. Pliers is very approachable, but also knows when to get serious and tighten up the reigns. He has done so much for this community, and continues to put forth 100% effort daily. KSI has an outstanding leader and person in Pliers. He is more than deserving of this award. 

Mpliers 7 is not only a great leader but a great person. In order to be a great leader one must understand those around them in order to adjust to certain situations. Mpliers does this and so much more. Truly outstanding.
Mpliers has dedication for this community more than those think. He is not only dedicated to his duties but to the members within the community. I personally have been affected by his support and he is truly inspirational for all that he does. You can ask so many people and they will tell you the same thing. He is within different departments of this community ranging from Human Resources, to the Tournament and Events, and on the Board of Directors. He takes time out of his day to help this community grow. Not only in numbers, but with strength, integrity, and knowledge. 
He is always there, mentoring, answering questions, and contributing to our community. Wether its streaming videos for events, hopping in on a game night, or being there at 1 am to talk. He seems to set aside his personal problems in order to help those of us within the community. 
 
You know, I couldn't possibly think of a reason why he doesn't deserve this. It's truly amazing how much he does within this community and I don't think he gets enough recognition for it. I think as a community this is our way of giving back to him. 
He has always been an inspiration. Even before I met him. People have always talked about Pliers, and not in a bad way. He is inspirational. 
Not only this, but he pushes us to our fullest potential and knows when we can't go anymore. He give's new ideas, as well a humor to lighten up a mood, but he knows when a time to joke is and isn't. 
Pliers has hard work ethic. It seems weird to put it that way but it's true. How much hard work and effort he puts within this community is outstanding by itself.  Once he sets his mind to something there is no hesitaton and he gets the job done. 
 
I know it may seem as if I'm repeating myself but in different ways, but all of these characteristics tie together to make an outstanding leader. You can't just mention one thing, you've got to mention them all and I probably left a few out. Which I am hugely apologetic for, because as I said before Mpliers deserves this award without a doubt. 
He has not only influenced my KSI experience but so many other people. He is the inspiration that has formed so many leaders within this community. He is the inspiration that sparks motivation. 
This is not only a state of an opinion, it's a fact. 
Mplier's has been outstanding since the day he joined KSI, and he hasn't stopped growing as a leader, supporter, or person. He shows this through his actions and contributions within our community. 
 

I am releasing my right to vote for the third time for this award. I have many reasons for doing so, especially to highlight the fact that KSI Mpliers 7 has mentored myself from Co-founder to Senior Director. He has done so much for me, yet he has done a million times more than that for KSI as a whole. Listed below are feats or KSI Mpliers 7 and explanations as to how he is outstanding at every capacity.
1. Dedication through trials and tribulations. Out of everyone in this community, I have seen Pliers go through the worst of circumstances. However, he remains a strong shoulder to lean on for the rest of this community. He has been thrown under the bus, yelled at, kicked down. Yet his own problems are never an issue because his friends, the members of KSI, come first. Pliers has been a part of this community for over 3 and a half years and has not once stopped giving his all to this community, no matter how many times he seems to be kicked in the nads (virtually, of course). If ANYONE were to get this award, they should put the same amount of effort to KSI as Pliers does.
2. Motivation of members. Countless times, I have heard Pliers give a speech to one of our beloved members about why staying in KSI is good. He makes sure that his friendship to this community is known so that people will know where to turn to in a time of need. Not only does he take the time to convince people to stay in KSI, he explains why they are needed, looked up to, valued. He teaches people about what they have to gain for being in KSI - knowledge and insight.
3. Leader Training. Out of all of the senior leaders leading this community, Pliers has trained and worked with every one of them. Each Director and Senior Director has learned at least one thing from this amazing individual, causing Pliers to have an impact whether or not he is a part of the situation. He continues to train new-comers by giving them advice and pushing them in the right direction. He has recently taken over the teaching side of Human Resources, dedicated towards training and working with all co-founders, affecting the entire community.
4. Versatility. On top of clan-ops, Pliers is all over our departments. He is the Head of T&E, and an assistant to every other department by bringing in referrals, offering ideas, giving assistance. He assists Greg in running Education, ensures LEAD classes are being hosted, assists with any new information and re-creating of the 201 classes. He is also an admin on our forums, assigning groups to people in departments as well as KSI leaders.
5. Effort. I have never seen such amounts of effort for something in which we do not get paid to do. Pliers puts so much effort into this community, into the leaders and the members of this community. He is seen as a figurehead of our people because he is who people turn to, who people learn from, who people are motivated by.
6. Selflessness. More than once, I have seen him put his problems on the back burner to walk people through problems - whether divisional problems, squad problems, or personal problems. He has talked countless members into staying, into working, into remaining dedicated. He consistently motivates those around him to be better, to learn more, to motivate others.
I can keep talking around in circles about how much of a great help Pliers is to this community, but no amount of typing can truly explain the full impact he has had on this community or the amount of leaders who look up to him. He is definitely outstanding, although that may be an understatement.
Regardless of whether or not enough people comment in here to prove that, this community sees him as a symbol and as a friend.
