Clan OPS Notes:
Teamwork
Teamwork is key to success. Everyone should be working together with their staff and making sure that the day to day operations are being fulfilled. If someone or multiple people are struggling, reach out and see what you can do to help. WE ARE A TEAM we're not just here to kick back and let everyone else do all the work while we watch and play games Relationships (Officers and up) 
There is nothing wrong with dating a fellow KSI member we can't help who we fall for. It is important, that if officers enter into a relationship with a member or fellow officer no matter the squad or division they are in even including the same division. It is always a good idea to let your Gen or 7's staff know about said relationship as soon as possible. You don't have to go into details just have to say "hey I'm dating so and so" that way if there is any drama that might affect the squad or division, the GEN and/or 7's staff can get ahead of the situation. Don't Shame Games 
We all joke around with each other but sometimes we can cross the line and give certain games in party's or the discord chats a hard time by saying one game is better than the other or that game is trash. This is something of a personal opinion. People can and will enjoy playing what they enjoy and if we are actively bashing a game is not going to change their opinion all it's going to do is push our fellow members away. We were all recruited off of a variety of different games and that diversity is what makes KSI what we are today.
Member Retention 
Every rank from RCT all the way up are important. SGTs to PVTS get lost within the day to day doings of the community. Officers and Members of the community it is our job to make sure all members are being invited to all activities within the squad and division. If there is a member that you haven’t spoken to in a while, reach out and see what is going on and get them back active with the squad and division.  Game Nights and Teamwork 
Game nights should be a team effort, it should never be left to one officer to hold them. Officers should also be working as a team and helping each other. Being a team makes the work easier and not as overwhelming. Simply communicate to each other, we have these cool Discord servers for a reason. The Discord servers are a great tool as long as we utilize it as such. Never be afraid to reach out for guidance or help.

Tournaments and Events
KSI's first ever Cupid's Clash has been announced! The event will be the weekend of Valentine's Day, with all events being duo based. All participants will signup themselves up individually, and the Tournaments and Events Staff will match them with their teammate! While this event does count for the divisional cup, Cupid's Clash is  just for fun . Win or Lose, you earn the same amount of points for your division. Let's use this opportunity to represent your division while also meeting some of the wonderful people in this community!  Signups have been posted in the Cupid's Clash section of the forums. Time for this one, I believe. 
Hatter has been in Banshee ES many months now. She has been instrumental in resurrecting the squad and building it back up to its current, thriving state. All of us know how hard it can be to recruit, manage officer staff, train, mentor and put out fires left and right. Many of us have been there before. Some of us are still there. The amazing thing about Hatter is that, while she's been doing all of those things in ES, she's managed to accomplish a lot more on a grander scale.
She is a leader. A mentor. And a fundamental part of this community. Her dedication and loyalty to KSI can be tangibly measured by the amount of people who know her AND claim her as a true friend. Her ability to inspire long-lasting relationships is matched only by her selfless commitment to the members in her squad, division and Departments.
Hatter's resume is long. Luckily, I'm in a position to recount most of it. Here you go.

2018 - Assisted in the rebuilding of Trocity LS, Last Strike Head Hunters Team member 2018/2019 - Promoted to General of Banshee ES, and later to Co-Founder of ES Team Captain, and now current Team Manager of the ES Head Hunters Team Former Editor of News, and now current Co-Head of the News Department KSI Court Judge Has split and assisted in splitting multiple squads - Crysis WI, Tartarus WI, Osiris WI (project squad) Relevant Awards.
Outstanding Service Level 1 2018 General of the Year KSI Mentor Squad Splitter Top Recruiter of the Month Member Assistance Die Hard Helping Hand Capped Out All 5 CEP Workshop Awards There is no doubt in my mind that Hatter has earned her OS2. She's put in the work, ten times over. Writing and editing countless articles for the News Team, serving as a KSI Court Judge, managing and mentoring officers, helping to re-shape a division striving for growth, organizing competitive Teams and leading them to a recent Spring Break victory. She is a foundation in this community. A former Wicked Intent Co-Founder, holding multiple 7's ranks yet again. She has a future as bright as her past. She's an awesome friend.
Can't wait for the witness statements on this one.

Being Vigilant
With recent potential threats coming up recently, we feel people need to be extra vigilant when accepting invites to partys, games, chats etc. If we are being vigilant it reduces the amount of people to potentially be hit offline. Be smart and check activity feeds, profiles and friends if you aren't sure.

LEAD is an leadership training coarse meant to challenge an individuals way of thinking with meaningful discussion and conversion. If you are looking to develop your skills further we encourage you to take a look at the education section on the forums to look at available classes! It is a 6 week program so please keep this in mind!

SoTW is up and running! It is being run biweekly. 9 days for entries, 4 for votes, and 1 day for winner to pick theme.
During voting, for you to get points for the div cup, you must follow the directions and COMMENT why you are voting for the one you did.

T&E would like to thank and congratulate everyone who participated in Spring Break this last weekend! We had an amazing turnout, with some awesomely competitive gameplay going on. No matter who won, we hope you all had fun!
This Weekend:
On Saturday (April 6th), T&E will be hosting a tournament on Brawlhalla. This game is free to play, and is a very small download. The tournament will begin promptly at 8pm EST, with sign-ups closing two hours prior to the event. (6pm EST)

Reasoning why they deserve this - when i was recruited into KSI Jynxie was straight away playing games with me and getting to know me. when she found out i had autism nothing changed other than her support with how i work. Jynxie went over and above to the point that she sent me notes to read to help with my progression within KSI. Jynxie also pops into my parties just see how myself and others within the party are doing out of the blue. her passion has no limit when it comes to her work, it is very inspiring.

Leaders within KSI are responsible for: The organization of all squad matches and practices Maintaining professional game play during squad matches Oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND. All members have an “Open Door Policy” to speak with Leaders on any issues or with any ideas. But, still impress the responsibility to report to the appropriate leaders within the KSI Chain of Command. A KSI member takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged but not forced to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI. KSI members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during game play, as well as within lobby chat, party chat, and KSI based chats in order to represent KSI as a positive gaming community. KSI members are not permitted to be part of any other gaming community or clan other than KSI. Go to Profile Image Select “My Profile” Select “Customize Profile” Edit Location to KSI GRIFFIN ES RCT Edit Bio to reflect as follows: Referred by _____________(ONLY IF IT APPLIES) Recruited by (YOUR GAMERTAG)  on (insert appropriate date) HIT THE DONE BUTTON TO SAVE INFO!!! Have them add the Recruit Club. Have them go to their dashboard. RT bumper over to community Top RT of page click on “Clubs on Xbox”. Click on “Find a Club”. Have them search for “KSI ES RECRUIT” Click on it and click “Request Invitation” Have them change their Clan Tag to GRCT (This applies to any game that allows a clan tag) ex. I like the idea of a halo: reach sword tournament but make it 1v1 dont do that free for all crap because its not honorable when you get into a fight and some dude just kills you both and moves on
