Trixie made a smooth transition into the General role for her squad, and shortly after led her squad to a squad split! She constantly goes above an beyond to help all members in her squad, Discord, and assist in any way possible if other members in DM have questions, comments, or concerns. She makes herself readily available to meet with members if they have issues or need advice, and responds in a timely manner on discord - her communication is top notch. Everyone is comfortable to talk to her if they need someone. Trixie also enjoys learning and educating members in DM. She has taken it upon herself to attend every workshop and has even started hosting workshops herself. She has also taken on a larger role in the community outside of Clan Ops and has joined Dept Ops where I have also had the chance to work with her. Ever since Trixie has joined the Productions Department she has been a tremendous asset to the team. She is the first one to sign up to stream any Weekend Warfares or any Annual Events, and is more than willing to stream more than one event to ensure things run smoothly. I am so happy to say that I've gotten to know this woman and have the great opportunity to work with her! She most certainly goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible in both Clan Ops and Dept Ops and that is why she deserves this award!

DntAsk, also known as Pam, is the kindest woman I have met in KSI. She goes out of her way to help in anyway possible, especially if you're having a rough day. There have been many times were I've been down in the dumps and Pam knows exactly what to say to cheer me up, and I'm sure I'm not the only one she does that for. She truly wants to help everyone and is the person to lean on when you need someone to listen or want advice. Pam is well known throughout all of KSI. I'm sure most frequent forumers have seen her posts, heck I knew of Pam before I even transferred to DM because I would see her ALL over the forums! She definitely puts herself out there and contributes to many conversations all over the forums. So many people look up to Pam. She is an amazing leader in DM and has won LT Of The Year! She brings the hype to the division and hops into all event Twitch chats to support DM. She has done so much for this community and for our division. She most definitely deserves this award. #SpiritWeekQueen2019!!

KSIxROMEO 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Outstanding Service Level 2 Romeo is the rock of DM - he is always someone you can rely on for support. DM wouldn’t be where it is today without the hard work and dedication Romeo puts into KSI. He is what every leader should strive to become. He is really one of the best leaders I have met throughout my ~2 years in KSI. He makes running a division with 400+ members look easy! First, he goes above and beyond to assist members and officers in any way he can. While working a full time job with long hours at a time, Romeo still makes himself available to anyone who reaches out to him for advice, needs help, etc. He utilizes the Xbox App when he’s unable to get on Xbox to join any gamenights, or party hops to say hi to members across the division. And he is diligent when it comes to clearing recruits in a timely manner, almost instantaneously if he’s not sleeping! Second, Romeo perseveres through all the obstacles he faces. He is currently acting General of two squads and oversees a third squad. When he is faced with squads who are lacking officers, he remains positive through it all. Even though a few squads are lacking Generals and officers here and there, you wouldn’t have known it from eyes outside of DM - those squads have great squad and divisional activity. And lastly, everyone knows, loves, and respects Romeo, and he’s helped so many people in many different ways. Romeo is my go-to person when I’m having a rough day, or saw a funny tiktok and need someone to share it with. I know I’m not the only person who feels this way - if you look past the sass, he is a warmhearted fun-loving person and no one is afraid to go to him if they need help or just need someone to talk to. He's a great leader and mentor who most definitely deserves this achievement.

General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Trixie (Gen - DM/Discord) Link to forums account - @Trixie Reasoning why the deserve this - Trixie has done a fantastic job as one of our newest Generals! She has been learning the ropes and is not afraid to reach out and ask any questions. She makes time to answer all questions the members, and officers, have. Trixie is warmhearted and a pleasant person to be around! All of the members seem comfortable going to Trixie with any issue and she handles things in a professional manner. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI WHISKEY82 (Gen - DM/Wrath) Link to forums account - @KSI WHISKEY82 Reasoning why they deserve this - Whiskey worked hard to help build up Discord (squad) and was a major influence toward the recent squad split. He's shown that he's very knowledgeable about KSI, and is always striving to learn more. He recruits quality over quantity; a lot of their members are very active in Discord and the new squad, Wrath, and contribute to the fun environment. I haven't had much time to get to know Whiskey just yet, but have come to know that he emits a lot of positive energy. He truly makes each party he's in a fun environment, everyone is always laughing and having a really good time. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shocker (1CPT - DM/Cruelty) Link to forums account - @KSI Shocker Reasoning why they deserve this - Shocker has been working his butt off doing the best he can to help improve Cruelty. He has been a mad house at recruiting and hopping on any promotions right away. He's doing all he can to learn the ropes of KSI and what it takes to be a good leader. He's well known in Cruelty and other squads within DM, often party hopping and joining several gamenights a night. I look forward to seeing what else he will do!

Division Lead Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxROMEO 7 (Div Leader - DM) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Romeo puts the needs of the members before his own. If someone needs to have a serious conversation he drops what he's doing to join a party and help out in anyway that he can. He also shows his face around the entire division, constantly party hopping to hang out with members and tries to join as many gamenights as possible. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Joe 7 (GEN - DM/Sinister) Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why the deserve this - Some of the squads in DM have been struggling with finding officers and keeping officers and Joe's squad is one of them. He has gone through a lot of officers in the last few months and I know how discouraging it can be. Even though that can be a little disheartening Joe continues to stick it out and persevere through times of adversity. He doesn't show his members that this is getting to him. He continues to hold his head high and shows the members the fun in KSI. Even though she has had a lot going on in real life she continues to get online, even if it's with her computer to join our parties. She's always happy and a fun person to be around, everyone has a good time when Tyra is in the party!
