Tea is well overdue for this award and I'm truly shocked she doesn't already have OS1. Tea is surely a jack of all trades and literally does it all here in KSI. She is a wonderful and hardworking officer and mentor that members in her division look up to with the highest respect. She is active in the LC and voices her concerns for her department as well as members in her division. She is in Education and strives to better the community helping to provide training and learning opportunities for members across the board. Tea is a wonderful Department Head and is always looking for new ways to improve her department, whether that be taking on new additions to the team or donating her own money toward prizes for So You Think You Can Write (SYTYCW). Outside of KSI, I know Tea lives a busy life. But obviously that doesn't stop her from being an outstanding leader in the community. As you can see from previous statements, she cares so much about the members in KSI and is willing to sacrifice her time if anyone in the community needs anything, whether someone is looking for advice, a member to game with, or someone to talk to and who is willing to listen. For these many reasons Tea is more than deserving of OS1.

Please explain. When you hear someone speak about anything related to "Tournaments and Events" your mind automatically jumps to DropShot. Luke has been Head of T&E coming up on two years now and the department would not be where it is today without him. Since he joined the team, Annual Events and Weekend Warfares have made such an improvement and continue to run smoother each time. Luke is well organized when it comes to planning events and making sure information gets posted on the forums in a timely manner, and he communicates effectively and efficiently with the Board regarding Annual Events. In addition to the great events that T&E already puts on, he is always coming up with other event ideas for the future and strives to improve the department as much as possible. Annual Events would not be the same without Luke. He is such a hard worker, professional when he needs to be, a great person to work with, and is very dedicated to T&E.
