There's No 'I' In Team - Taking Back Sunday

Hello all, As you may or may not be aware the Nomination form for the OTY awards 2012 is up! The process is more or less the same as OTM but you need to be very clear and descriptive to why this certain person is the best out of that rank for the whole year. Someone can be nominated for ANY rank they have held this year. E.G If someone joined in April and Has gone from PVT-Div LDR in that time they can be nominated for any of the ranks inbetween. I can not stress enough how important it is that you supply as much information on why the person you nominated deserves the award, saying stuff like "they are a cool person" "or they are a good friend of mine" dont cut it.
