This is the longest interview process in the whole world huh... I've seen at least 3 others request transfer and get approved to other divs in this same amount of time. 

Maybe I picked the wrong div to transfer to. I wasn't under the impression that yall are so busy that it takes so long to get a transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The one thing I want to be the best at:

I want to be the best father I can to the son I adopted in 2015. He is Developmentally Challenged and comes from a very abusive background on top of his learning difficulties.

So, being able to adopt him later in life has been not only a dream for him, but myself as well.  He is the first person to tell you I saved his life and gave him the opportunity to have a great life and a relationship with a father who doesn't abuse him. 

Why:

I've tried to be the best father to this boy because his own father molested him and when I found out I handled it and he's now in jail. I'm this boys adopted father.  He calls me Dad now and since I don't have any Sons of my own I've adopted him into my family, pretty much all I do is for him. And also his mother whom I care a lot about as well.. But pretty much all goes to my new adopted Son, Charles

Reasoning why they deserve this -
KSI XXsoldierXx joined Banshee ES and has worked hard as a Sgt,  he's always on the forums and he's always the one who's there late at night to talk to when nobody is awake. I've seen him go above and beyond his rank of SGT, especially since he's also a Correctional Officer and works lots of long hours and still is here to assist our squad all hours of the day, even on his day off he's right in the midst of ES, working hard to better our squad and community overall.

@KSI Jynxie has worked very hard within Banshee and she's always there to assist with anything that needs immediate attention, she's a great asset to ES and will make me proud to be an eventual officer within Banshee when she became GEN.

She's very informative and knows a lot about the forums and when I have questions, she's there to answer with great comments.  She's also a great GEN.

Questions:

   -Why do you game?
I love to game because gaming helps me express the me that nobody sees, the me that isn't disabled. I think gaming gives a lot of us the ability to live Vicariously    through the character we use to game. 
   -What do you play?
I love all CALL of Duty titles most, then comes simple games like Galaga and Dig Dug, games from yesteryear.  My eyes aren't what they used to be so SLOWER FRAMED GAMES LOL PLZZZZ. 
   -Are there games you loving playing with your friends in KSI?
Anthem has become a favorite title of late, as many of those in my Division plays it. But overall I love MP HCTDM with a 6 man lobby. 
   -What are some of the memories you have made? I have made friends with whom I enjoy gaming  and the memories we make together gaming are the lasting memories. Like when @KSI xXsoldierXx  and myself played A WAY OUT together last year, I remember lots of game points where he and I accomplished things, saved each other's butts and finished the game together.

What I would want it to be: 

Here lies a good old dude. He was always there for those who needed him, and he was known to always give you the shirt off of his back if you asked for it. He was also known as a man with character and morals. Awesome gamer, likes to bass fish and doesnt like bullPoopters. 

What I think it would ACTUALLY be:

This guy was a psycho and everyone who came in contact with him died a slow and painful death, even after they were warned that he has radiation sickness from being exposed to the nukes at KiM Jong Un's Presidential Palace, North Korea.
