They went from speaking daily to not communicating for over a week and not intermingling in each others cliques This is a story of depression, sadness, gang warfare tears tobacco and a whole lot of drama. These two young lads recently had a little tiff which resulted in both of them going to their own corners and writing mean entries in their journals. after detailing what each other did they threw them away. What they didnt understand or even foresee was @go away was living in the trashcan (long story for a different time). Luci then made paper airplanes out of them and launched them into the world where @Raggard T. Bear found them in the parking lot of IHOP., he proceeded had an interesting read. Fast forward to the following weekend Rags had to come out of retirement as Dr Phill and talk to each of the youts separately. Rita discussed the sorrows and feels he had sitting next to an empty seat at a baseball game which had a piece of paper on it stating "Reserved for Gambit". Rita took a picture with his two seats, and a shirt that just said "Best". with Mascara running he boycotted the community while trying to "Find himself", Raggard stated he was to old for this Poop, and that rita needed to talk it out and end the drama, or Rags hypertension would be the death of him. In the end rita knew that maybe things gone blown out of proportions, and Beta to beta needed to have a talk with his pal. He took a photo with a Bobble head mascot, consumed some uber eats and stopped spamming the world with negativity meanwhile Gambit was found smoking Cigarettes in the girls room writing graffiti on the wall and burning his arm just to feel something. He didnt want to talk at first, rags tried stroking his ears to calm him but the only words gambit could muster were "PLEASE". Once rags convinced him to put down the Marley Smoke, gambit began to confess the truths. He didnt want to be petty, he just couldnt make it to the game, he had to be with family but rita just didnt understand. rags convinced him to talk it out. When gambit felt better he reached in the trashcan, which concerned Raggard, and he pulled out a shirt that read "Friends", Put it on despite the stains of garbage and began flapping his majestic ears on his way to find his fwiend. Gambit and Rita Met at a mutual location, shared some hugs some tears and a little bit of giggling, things were back to normal. They took a photo and it now read "Best Friends". In the end it was learned that talking it out and not talking it up was the best way to resolve issues and keep friends. Both came back to KSI activity and got their String/Cup set up going again so they could gossip once more.

I can vouch for this, Luci and Riot ran the insane asylum quite efficiently. LB nor its leaders got the credit they deserved for not only running a "re-education" division but also simply running a very successful division overall, i dont know the specific numbers but if there is pic proof, then rock on. i know they grew rather large from humble beginnings

They were all senior members od the division with in the time frames, and EO did go from the smallest (number wise not heart :)) To one of the biggest and most active divisions within the time. As their previous division leader (current director) stated and their former director did as well

King is a dynamic fella, has had some real ups and real downs in this community but he has always stayed the course. Not to long ago he lead KSI to our first division split (CD) in over 2 years and really inspired a lot of growth and competion within the community. He kind of burned himself out leading DR from scraps to split and had to reboot. he remained a join mod and just rebooted for a bit. not to long after he rejoined clan ops to hang out and soon enough was bit by the leadership bug, now as a cofo in DW he is again proving the despite some mistakes or going to hard in the past he like all great leaders in history got back up after falling and has not stopped since. He is a knowledgeable and respectable leader who deserves this award

Gary is someone who def deserves this award. he is a one of a kind dynamic leader. When i first met gary he was a general in LW post the entire divisional staff leaving the division for dead and poaching to their new community. Gary was quickly recognized as a strong potential as the future of that diviison. He began an upward climb of hardships and strength leading now with DW being of the strongest divisions activity wise out there. he has a solid team undership and holds a level of respect and conviction that many aspire to reach. that is only his clan ops contributions. he has also worked his way productions and now has been lead for quite a while. Producions currently is the most active it has ever been with multiple shows a month, streams nightly and never dropping the ball when the bod last minute requests a cap card because we forgot to preplan. Bad boy bill is a natural leader who has only seeked to improve his skills and abilitys all while being a stand up guy, a good hubby and a great father. i am please to have met this gentleman and also to know the back story of the name gary

MeShell is one of the strongest up and coming leaders this community has, for ages i gamed with some of her members and had never met her, however i heard nothing but positive things constantly stated regarding her and for lower ranked members hanging with me that is not always the case (people like to vent to me on occasion) but never about meshell. Always playing games with her members, being there as the person with the answers and so much more. when she finally got her well deserved promotion it began a shift with in the division to an even steeper upward climb. when i have witnessed her on a fw occasions working with a member or solving an issue i was extremely impressed. and just discussing the ideas of the community with her during some brief conversations i was impressed with what she knows, thinks and does.

Guy is a strong willed leader, who tends to lead by example and by the books. He has been in and around most aspects of KSI from clan ops to departments (being a leader in both) EO is one of the strongest divisions in the community and he is a great asset to that success as well as news being one of the strongest performing departments along with being the strongest it has ever ran. His knowledge is extensive and although he can be argumentative sometimes he has the best outlook for the community at all given times. He will be climbing the ladder of the community for years to come....hopefully

What are you guys looking forward to most in the divisional cup? future can sometimes be dark and mysterious, how do the leaders of KSI plan to make it bright and wonderful? Question:When was the first Spring Break held and who thought of the idea? What are you guys looking forward to most in the divisional cup? How do you decide the schedules for major events like Spring Break or Spirit Week? other than game nights work shops and the occasional hanging and tournies what else can I expect from KSI Why is there so much CoD this year? there any plans to add more major events to the yearly schedule? If so, what kind of events can we expect to see in the future? Will there be more events that bring people together like the Valentines and Christmas one or the July 4th event? many divisions and squads do we have in total? chance in the future you would let members vote on what games could be played in the spring break tournament Can you tell us Why you've stayed within this after so many hardships? When did KSI meaning change to Knowledge Strength Integrity? there was one thing you can bring back to KSI that was here back in the day, what would it be? Since we have a spring break tournament, is a fall break tournament coming in the future for KSI? He has ascended the ranks one once but twice with in LS, both times become divisional staff (Divisional leader highest achieved). There is a solid track record that both times he earned his seven the division its self was on the up swing. He lead LS to one of the best showings in Spirit week history of all time in 2016. he defied all odds to clinch the victory, spent hours and days forming teams that not only played the game well but worked as a team. His victory that year lead me to have to sing a song for the first (and only) time on live stream. That year he redefined what it meant to be a divsion leader and how to play and win at spirit week That is only a snipit of his time here. After running LS to becoming the strongest division we have seen in years he left the community for a year, during that year he not only changed his mind but changed his life. he began focusing on making himself better, taking out the poorer parts of his life and replaced them with eating well, working out and now doing the rock diet (basically 1 million calories and 25 hours a day at the gym) He returned after a a year as a sgt. and slowly but surely moved up the ranks, ls went though some troubled times but despite what happened to LS it didnt stop him (and hebrew) from working up the chain and reestablishing LS as one of the strongest area and best groups of leaders all around. He puts the community first, and by community i dont mean brand loyalty, i mean the honest members of the community. He sticks up for his guys, he teaches them and does what ever it takes to keep them protected from those who wish upon the demise of LS. His character has flaws, but any major ones have been honed in to minor ones and that is the description i would like to see in any leader of this community. Someone who looks at them selves in the mirror and makes a choice to become better for not only the benifit of himself but all around as well I am proud to call him a friend and i am proud to call him a leader of this great community. He is an old timer who knows the new ways and a young buck who has the history and knowledge to climb to any rank and position of respect and authority that he desires. He deserves this award and then some

I met Gandhi when he was a young lad and was joining a division under me when i was director as a Major. He quickly worked him way up the division with only a few hiccups along the way. He became a corner stone of both SF, GW and XD. Was a division leader over divisions of 400+ members. Was the only director in the community at one time (2010) over all divisions. He was apart and a heavy hand of the original Performance operations team (helping with clan ops, HR and education), Was a FTLA (LEAD) educator. Was and is a court judge. He has several ideas to assist and expand on the communities overall structure and level of excellence, which is proven with his last year and a half being in the community. Roughly six months ago i was looking for someone who could both understand my vision for P.O and future educations of the community. Nate was that person. After having a brainstorming session it occured to me that he was the person who could both understand what P.O's had done in the past and what the community needed in the future. He worked hard developing a team and established his own dept. Now we are month 2 into trial runs with 6 divisions out of 9 involved with the community education program and it is showing much promise. objectively and subjectively he deserves this award and recognition (pending on who you ask ;)) He has been a sgt through director, judge, Creator of history dept, renovator of Performance officers and creator of community education program, built depts, divisions and leaders. I will ask others to post, i am sure we will get quite a few, also difficult sometimes when a large portion of what someone did was prior to KSI Dropping to below 200 members post united but following that he was director over every division, Division leader of XD, Created and remastered both P.O, Community education program and history team

Not to mention he was in P.O and one of the main goals was just to mentor and train people. He has objectivly earned this award.

OS2 Ronin def deserves this award. This man has the mind set for the community that very few hold, He is a boots on ground type of leader who tends to spend as much time mentoring and teaching his members as he does simply gaming with them. His work with EO though out the years establishing it as one of the best divisions and most improved of 2017 is one thing, but his most recent job with working with the merger of DR and LW (DW) has created an environment for him to really shine. his work ethic and adaptability to meeting and working with new leaders def provides all the necessities for this award

OS1 Tex has been an incredible asset and addition to the director team as of late. But her story of excellence in leadership begins a lot earlier then that; Tex has been Moving up the ranks with in ES for quite some time now. Always been modest and humble, she is not afraid to get on her members level a treat each and every issue with the level of respect it deserves. Plus Moving into her new spot she was a little apprehensive in moving away from ES prior to her work being done but with her transition she brought up Got em and left ES in for comfortable place to continue to rise and exceed expectations. She def deserves this award
