we dont reallly know because starfire hasnt been on the overload tag in a few days (4) so the new members couldnt be added but we need to recruit and the officers need to train more we are okay in forums activity but we need to get more new faces in the forums and show more activity as officers

@Manchild no sir recruiting is just one of the steps to become a SSGT what u are doing right now which is being active on the forums also helps u out recruiting is important for sargents but that's not the only steps just keep up the good work and I'll talk to u on XBL about it your doing everything right tho just keep recruiting interacting with members not just the sane members u always hang out with Privates and corporals also play a few games with them and most importantly be on your best behavior show me that u could be a leader one day I'll talk to u later today when I get online keep it up Manchild you'll have more duties when ever u become a SSGT which makes KSI even more fun.

Also Sumbo Thung u can post anything in here u want any problems situation anyone u recently recruited or trained or even how your day has been basically I just need to see u active here then you'll learn more and more also I suggest read some of tge KSI Info at the top u can learn a lot from it u too Manchild I suggest everyone does it . Their is a lot of details and things u can learn from their if u want to be a great leader in the future that's the first step of doing it I let u guys know lots of stuff on leadership etc in parties but I don't tell u guys everything it would take forever so u gain more knowledge by that good luck reading it and don't be lazy laziness is not the way to go if u want to be a future leader spend time with members go to game nights let yourself show everyone in Overload should know who u are before u become a officer also at any spare time or night or when ever go out and look for new people which means recruiting seeing tge same people everyday gets kinda boring we need to look for great peope who can give us a smile and make us laugh also we can hit the jack pot and find someone with great leadership skills that can be the next division leader or directer or even a senior directer someone that use to be in KSI or still is in KSI recruited all those great people that leaders now and everytime someone looks in their bio's u see who recruited them and what date he was recruited in people are going to be like wow that guy hit the jack pot when he recruited him u never know what someone can become people get really into KSI and show work that will be recognized and remembered for years incoming

Killaflow. For the headhunters tryouts tonight, i have a few questions. So the headhunters team consists of what game modes? everything but swat and grifball? if so how many people can be on the team?  Because if big team slayer is a part of headhunters should it be 16 people? Also, what game modes should i have ppl try out for? all of them? just explain it to me real fast.. And am i gonna be part of the team? if i do then do i try out as well or not?

KSI Kira- in your Headhunters their is spot for 8 people team A and team B or u can make up a name for both teams but for big slayer A and B come together for dominion the top 2 in B team come to A just for that game type 1more for the 5player games and just team A for the 4player game type unless someone didn't come then replace them with a team B player also don't worry as general I will be their to help u since this is the first team your tubing we are going to do a couple of game types not all but several I'll tell u more about it when u get online

K1RA won't lol well yeah reason your grief team chat is locked it's so we won't waste so many open topics in the TW section and we can put all 3 of our teams together in 1chat I'll make it nice and organized whenever I'll have time I'll make that topic when ever my time as being general is done then the next GEN can make a topic for their teams or if we split

yea instead of like all 3 of u guys making topics and use more room on the TW section then when we split or someone gets demoted or leaves or dosnt want to be captin anymore we won't have to keep making new topics for teams General basically does it cause it's more rarer for a General to leave and If they do leave then it's only 1topic that needs to be locked and the new Gen can make a new topic and take control of that also when we get all our teams up I expect all of the team captins to walk them through the forums and making an account so our squad chat and teams section can both be active

Yup also next time I promote someone to a SSGT I expect a officer to mentor them in training and etc cause I did it for sumbo and aye Rea because they were the first 2 also falcons I want u to work with KSI Manchild

awesome also try doing some recruiting today when I get online I'm going to tell all of our officers that by the meeting time all of them plus the SSGT should have aleast 5recruits and 5 trainings and the recruitment within squad

Hey not that I like to brag or boast or anything.... But to brag AND boast, I told yall that I would make A-Team Seat#1 in HH lol. But forreal though. I've been talking to a friend irl and he wants to join and be on the team too, so how does that work does he have to challenge B-Team Seat#8? or is just closed and people have to vote, just wondering.

Also I'm pretty sure Ksi AyYe RaE is mad he missed out on the tryouts he was all about trying to get on the HH Team. On a side-note though, Big shout out to my boy Timatoe who made A-Team Seat#2 he gave me a run for my money because we have similar playing styles and we always have the same objective each game. All in all I'm glad he's on my team.

hahaha yeah it was really fun Falcons but Aye Rea can still try out once me and K1RA get together we'll figure out a plan like Swat that's easy just a 1V1 on Havean but I'm not sure on the headhunters since it's team work basicly we'll see tho it's not like their isn't going to be a way their has to be a way because of the new people that are joining and people that didn't make it

Yeah everyone the Recruit tag is full it's decreasing tho but start training more and recruiting less remember officers and SSGT u guys can train a recruit from any squad just remember to have them add the right squad tag let's see some sargents who are future leaders recruiting more ETC
