He has been working hard to ensure everyone is trained and well knowledgeable of KSI. Being the only 7 in our division at this past month he has been running the show. On top of all of this he still has time for his personal life and all of his work on this website. He has also helped setup the divisional milestone program. He has been attending many game nights and meetings, as well as hosting events. He is extremely hardworking and handles any problems within the division very well and with ease. He not only goes above and beyond what is asked of him he takes the time to talk to officers and generals and even ssgt, giving them advise on what to do to help them get promoted. Gwood has taught me almost everything I know and I can not think of a better Director in KSI. Taywick is one of the best generals and he is going to make an awesome addition to HD's core leadership. CATKILLER holds tournaments throughout HD and does not stop with helping his own squad. He constantly plays with other squads and helps to train their recruits. KSI Mufasa 7 45 Posted August 2, 2013 Report Share Posted August 2, 2013 Hey guys just a friendly reminder, when you are nominating someone, keep in mind, your testimony or witnessing for a member is with the goal of setting them apart from other members of the same rank that they are competing against. Statements such as : he has been a great general he lead his squad to a split and hes one of the best generals I know and She's been the most helpful to are Div as well of helping out octane , she help out may people in the div and me also. im not saying they are BAD statements , however they don't have much depth to them or really tell us what this member has done to stand out from the other nominees. Vengeance 15 Posted August 2, 2013 Report Share Posted August 2, 2013 General KSI Taywick GEN, HAVOC/HD Reason: Taywick is an excellent General and a cruicial member of our Division, Squad, and KSI all together he never gives up, He's always thinking of ways to improve our squad and division, all the while keeping morale very high, and always making sure that everyone is on top of what their supposed to be doing while still making everyone feel like a valuable member of KSI, to me KSI just would not be the same without Taywick he's always stiving for improvements and ways to make our squad better. He has brought havoc back from the dead. When he took over. We were nothing. At all. For the first month and a half things went slow. But the last two weeks we've gone from 75-95 members all because of his leadership without the difficult choices he made and the officer squad we have (best in KSI) which Taywick developed himself. We'd still be the same. Short on members. Now, he has brought us to our first split coming WEDNSDAY. Without the absolutely miraculous things he has done. He is the calmest officer you could ever meet. He does not judge anyone and never gets mad ever. He is the prime the example of what a good officer should be like. He is a KSI veteran and also has served his country. He is a great guy to talk to in Xbox parties and although he has a different sense of humor, he means well. He mentors the other LTs and SSGTs so they can successfully replace him when he moves up the ranks. He too along with Midget helps me control my anger issues with great success. He always makes me feel as if whatever questions I may have he will try to answer and if not find find the answer for me! Thanx General DOMO and keep up the great work! KSI Nicodollaz GENERAL of Overload I don't know too many Gen's but Nico Definetly deserves recognized for all the hard work and determination he put in. Taywick got everyone motivated to recruit and train and we've gone from 66 members to 94 and counting in about two weeks.
