The road is only rough just before you get to the glory. You have some great leaders running your division and many potential great leaders down low. Its up to you to make sure those leaders are trained properly and molded for success. Be positive and always keep moving forward. Members come and go but eventually you will realize the loyal ones stick around for the long haul whether they choose to stick around as a Corporal or whether they choose to move up. They will always be there. Dont forget that. Hey DL hows it going got something to add to my last post. Some of you may know me and some of you may not. As much as im hated in DL that does not change that I care for this division and the people in it. One of my Generals back in the day Apoc is the one who started DL, after our division fell. He started his own. Named it Dark Legions. From the beginning it was bound for success because of the hard work and dedication he put into it every day. As much as Id like to say I mentored him his way up in KSI, he mentored me, he taught me a lot of things. Im making this post to help with a little motivation. DL has always stood strong as one of the bigger divisions in KSI. So many split have come from DL because of the leadership inside. So let me start this off by saying this DL has some phenomenal leaders running this division. Thats always a strong suit, from the top down is how you build a successful division, from the bottom up is how you mold a great division. Right now you guys are sitting at 204 members. A low point in DL history. One thing I leader from your Chief of Staff KSI QueenJess is that a great leader is shown through motivation. Motivation is something that never gets old. Motivations brings out so many leadership traits in a person. So today Im gonna motivate you guys in hope that you can do great things and put this division back on the top where it belongs. Pantsir, Steelers, and Kim are your main leaders within this division. I can honestly say this is a group of leaders I whole heartedly respect because of the dedication and sacrifice they have made to keep this division breathing. But theyre not the only ones responsible. The Generals, I dont currently know who they all are but I know Gump and Gamer are two amazing generals who have experience and so much potential to do great things in this community. But that potential shows through the officers. Like the theory goes, you're only as great as those below you. The officers, SGTs, Corporals, and Privates are the face and future of this community. They are what keeps it going every step of the way. It is because of them this community will never fall. From how it looks on the outside your morales are down. Your spirits are gone and thats something that needs to be sparked again to help make greatness. Im gonna leave you all with a quote I found that I really like. KSI Gamerwife 29 Posted July 11, 2015 Report Share Posted July 11, 2015 Thank you I love being a general asylum never gave up we lose members and gain members even in a rough patches we still push though it and now setting at 72 members we still got a bit to go but I'm thinking we are going to split soon the other generals are KSI Gump is General in black ops 2 them we got KSI REDNECK5328 he's the general in the 2 black ops 2 and KSI Platinum92 is General in Appolo and I'm General in AW lol We are kicking butt in clan wars???
