today makes 50 trained active ppl, and i am at the fact that 38 of them ppl was recruited wrong. we have recruiting 101 and training there is no way there privacy setting are not set right and when i ask what squad are you in they say ksi SMH. it takes me 17 mins to recruit somebody from A to Z on setting, motto, bio, rank, code of conduct, to end with the web site, and where they can find other squad members .

As long as I'm on my mood stabilizers I'm not emotional pfffft! jk. I miss all yall too. After talking to Wallace/Dr Doom earlier today I'm even more confident in the hands that you all are in. I like where he's going to take you all. It's a good place I promise lol. It's exciting to watch all you guys do so great and come up through the ranks. I watched a clan battle before I went to Arizona for a month and I was just impressed with the way the KSI fellas carried themselves as they layeth t3h smack down on some no name cod elite clan talking junk. It was great b/c after a few matches some of the guys were considering joining/merging lol. To have that effect on those outside of our community is impressive and I hope it only gets better.

After training you should get with those ppl who recruited those members to correct whatever discrepancies they're making. However it's possible, they may think that they're recruiting properly. If you don't point it out to them they may continue to recruit in that manner. And def...there's plenty of people willing to teach, classes/courses available, and a plethora of "go-by's" floating around in here + stickied etc...

Ahhhh... Good times. Being in DL ha taught me so many valuable lessons that I still use to run and operate my squad today. Without the very tools and tips that I learned today my squad would not be as well off as it is. I'm glad to have been from DL and I'm always goin to be a DL member. I'm truly happy to see you guys operativ smoothly again.

ok what is 15 mins to you, all it takes is 15min to nominate a great leader in DL, i ask ppl to check out app and nominate there best leaders. we have a great officer stuff in every squad and a even better 7 stuff, i say let them know how you feel and that you appreciate them every day.

I hope you guys' HH teams are actually practicing with each other and BATTLING OTHER HH SQUADS. If your squad has a team that's not practicing, not battling, what's the point of having them? To put some Poop up in your sig you didn't do anything to earn? Bring HH's back to what it once was. An exclusive team comprised of excellent players who work well together and can practice regularly.

There's some things that have been in the works for nearly a year and this is about the biggest heads up any other div could possibly have. You guys are hearing it from me first. Get yo Poop ready. Big things in the works. Those not on HH's ... standby, your assistance may be required.

This might be a bit much, but perhaps you should create a topic here in DL. Title it something along the lines of Players Seeking Players or whatever. In the first post you should mention that the thread is a medium to help players link up with others who play similar games/match types etc.

For example:

That might assist you in soliciting more party invites. The Gens should be pushing random gaming during squad/sgts/officer meetings as well to help keep everyone interested in KSI through interaction with each other.

Wassup DL, it's been awhile since the last time I chatted with you guys. I just wanted to let you guys know you don't always have to play with people or members from your own division. We have over 10 other division that would love to play an meet more people such as mine,RP. We love playing pretty much every game and would have no problem picking you ladies/ gentleman up. Helpful hint- start posting in other division chats to see what's going on in other division and meet new people. You never know, you might be a big help. You could also give new ideas and share them with other divisions to help them improve in areas needing improving. You could even give little suggestions-they make a difference. Well, I just wanted Iet you guys know that your not alone...we are all in KSI, we are all a big family, so we should start coming together and acting like one.... I'm always on so feel free to send me a friend request on XBL: KSI MIX3R......If that doesn't work I'm always on the forums just hit me up on the RP section..... You guys just keep tht in mind when you don't have anyone to play with or talk to.
