Squeekers tend to be on the higher spectrum of both characteristics. I've found a few younger members that are very quiet and calm, and do very well for themselves in the community as well... We need to see the difference and realize that we shouldn't recruit for our sake... we're recruiting for the recruit's sake. Doorman, we'll address the rank of Major at Sunday, although I can tell you my opinion will be of disapproval in it. However, we can discuss alternative solutions to your specific problem.
