Their Bio should read Recruited by (Your Gamer-tag) (Date of Recruitment) For example, "Recruited by KSI Ascendancy 12/18/14." If your recruit cannot access their Bio on the Xbox, have them go the App store and download Xbox Smart-glass. It's free and can be used to edit the Motto and Bio. Once the Motto and Bio are done, have your recruit go the Xbox Home Dashboard. From here have them go all the way to the right into "Setting" have them click on "Privacy" (this should be located in the bottom row, second from the left. From here have them go to "Change Settings" and "Customize." From here you will have your recruti change 5 of theri privacy settings: "Profile Sharing" needs to be set to "Everyone" "Friends List" needs to be set to "Friends Only" (this is to make it harder for rival clans and communities to poach members from us. Plus, having an open friends list poses a security issue.) "Game Activity" needs to be set to "Everyone" (having this set to anything other than "Everyone" can sometime make the Motto/Bio unreadable.) "Online Status" needs to be set to "Everyone" (having this set to anything other than "Everyone" can also sometimes make the Motto/Bio unreadable.) "Profile Sharing" needs to be set to "Everyone" Once all these are changed, have your recruit hit the "Back" button and go to "Save an Exit." This will momentarily sign them out of Xbox Live so their privacy settings can be updated (you will now that their privacy setting are saved when they back out of the party. This is supposed to happen.) Once they appear back online they rejoin the party automatically. If that doesn't happen, send them a party invite and continue with the recruiting process. Take this time to also check and make sure that your recruit's Motto/Bio is correct and free from typos and make sure that their privacy settings are correct. If anything is not correct, have them fix it before you move on. Once the privacy settings are done and correct, have your recruit send a friend request to KSI LW RECRUIT. This is the recruit tag and is held by KSI Green 7. It is a way for him to monitor who's coming in LW and to make sure that we're recruiting properly. Please do not send your recruits to KSI Achilles LW as that is the squad tag (your recruit needs to be accepted KSI LW RECRUIT before they are added to the squad tag.) Once a friend request has been sent to KSI LW RECRUIT, inform your recruit of the meeting times for Achilles. Those are held every Wednesday and Friday @8pm EST. Wednesday's are our Recruiting Workshops and Friday's are our squad meetings. Inform the recruits that to participate in KSI activities is to make most meeting and game-nights. Failure to do so may result in removal from the squad. Make sure to inform your recruit that while they are not required to change their gamer-tag to have KSI in it, they will not rank up past CPL without doing so. Make sure to also inform your recruit that if they do change their gamer tag that they need to refrain from putting and explicit language or vulgarity in it and from putting a 7 at the end of it KSI xPYTHONx

The Recruiting Process: KSI stands for Knowledge, Strength and Integrity. Meetings are held on _______ @__pm EST on the game ________ In order to maintain the high standards of membership in KSI, and to continue to represent the KSI community, all members MUST understand and abide by the following "Code of Conduct". I'm going to read you the KSI Code of Conduct! 1. Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. “Obviously, you play on Xbox Live and had to agree to the terms of service in order to participate in XBL, so it goes without saying that we expect you to follow the guidelines outlined in there!” 2. KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation. “When you are participating in the forums, XBL or any other activity that is part of the KSI community, you represent KSI, even in non-KSI related games if you have changed your gamertag, and you should represent KSI in a positive fashion. You made the decision to be part of this community and you should, by example, encourage others to do the same. Do not make fun of anyone because of their race, gender, religion, region of the world, accent, etc… Treat everyone with respect.” 3. Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, and oversight of performance and behavior of lower ranking members. “This doesn’t apply to you yet, since you are a new recruit, but this is mainly for your higher ups once you reach officer status" 4. A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND. (KSI''s Golden rule) If you're playing a game, and you see a KSI member joins ask them if they'd like for you after the game to back out and pick them up. If you're running a full lobby offer to try to fill the lobby up for them. AlSO If a member has a question, concern, or other issue that you can help them with, please do so. We like to think of KSI as being a family and the way that we promote that way of thinking is by taking care of each other.” 5. All members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas. “You, as a member of KSI, have the right to talk to your leadership about issues, both your own and ones within the squad/division/community However, please make sure that you follow proper chain of command also known as the rank structure and take the issue to your SSGT, 4-3-2-1 LT, 4-3-2-1 CPT first so that they are aware of the issue. No one likes to be blindsided with an issue and it is respectful to let your immediate level of leadership know/try to help before it must go higher." 6. A KSI member takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged, but not forced to change their gamertag to reflect KSI. “You absolutely do not have to change your gamertag in order to be a happy and successful member of KSI. Many players are just casual gamers that want to have a large player base to associate with. However, if you want to get promoted to the rank of SGT or higher, then you will need to change your gamertag in order to reflect your affiliation to KSI. By changing your gamertag, you are advertising KSI in any game that you play on XBL, even outside of the regular KSI games. This is a good thing! When you change your gamertag, you are saying “I am proud to be in KSI and I want everyone to know that KSI is awesome enough to add to my gamertag”. As long as you continue to represent KSI positively, this will lead to people asking you about the “KSI” in your gamertag and that will give you the chance to talk about KSI and possibly get a new recruit!” 7. KSI members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during game play as well as within lobby chat. “If you are in a lobby and someone starts cussing you out or talking trash, MUTE THEM! Show that you are the better person and just use the “Mighty Mute Button”. Not only does that show the other person that they have no power over your emotions, but it also shows the other players in the lobby that members of KSI maintain a high standard of conduct, which will possibly lead to people wanting to join and then you will be able to recruit them! You also need to make sure to maintain proper conduct when using the forums.” 8. KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming community, team, or clan other than KSI. "KSI only allows you to be in KSI and no other entity at any given time, this also goes for multi-diving and multi-squading in KSI. You are only allowed to be part of one division and one squad as a squad based/division based member." 9. The lowest allowed age to be recruited into KSI is: 15 (-KSI Senior Leadership reserves the right to remove any member regardless of age-) “Divisions and their respective squads have the right to change the age requirement of the squad to anything ABOVE the age of 15 with the approval of the highest ranking member of the division. They cannot, however, change the age to be lower than 15." 10. The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason. “If you are doing anything in your personal life that violates these rules; KEEP THEM IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE. We are not trying to control your personal life, however, we maintain a positive and uplifting environment in our forums and game sessions. So, please, don’t talk about eating people in our games." Notes: Before Recruitment: •When you get you get your first recruit please have an officer present to clear you to recruit. • Do this recruitment in a private chat or private party with yourself, the recruit, and officer/general if you need one! AS above states for your first recruit you need one of them or until you are cleared to recruit. Security Check: Conduct security check (make sure the recruit has 500 gamer score and xbox live gold no silver accounts! look in friendliest for blacklisted or people who are security risked a list is provided below! IF they have any ask them to remove them if they refuse to to remove them then do not proceed with recruiting. REMEMBER to many of them should be a red flag to not recruit them. check to see if they are or are not a member of another clan! If they are you can NOT poach them or cox them out of one clan/squad/team/community to another one! If they are not ask if they were and how long they have been out of them and what they were! They must at least have been out of it for 2 weeks before you can recruit them. Any security risked or black listed need to go through join app. What's their age? 15 or higher mature How you know their age ask their birth month and year! Month and year anyone born from any day as of today and before is eligible in 2000 Requirement: mic required clearly if you have them in the party clearly you need to be able to communicate! KINECT mics count! Reasoning as to why cause hackers can make new accounts and people who are black listed can try to get info from us, and or do bad things to the community! In order to maintain the high standards of membership in KSI, and to continue to represent the KSI community, all members MUST understand and abide by the following "Code of Conduct". “When you are participating in the forums, XBL or any other activity that is part of the KSI community, you represent KSI, even in non-KSI related games if you have changed your ggamertagand you should represent KSI in a positive fashion. "KSI only allows you to be in KSI and no other entity at any given time, this also goes for multi-diving and mmulti-squadingin KSI. So, please, don’t talk about eating people in our games." Now we have covered the Code of Conduct (do you have any questions?) Rank Structure (Chain of Command): I will cover the rank Structure also known as the Chain of Command. Within each branch there are the following: (RCT)recruit (PVT)private which is when an officer gets with you after you being friends with KSI LW RECRUIT (CPL)corporal which you become after you've been in KSI for a week OR attend your first squad meeting as a PVT SGT (once you change your name or if you change your name you then become sgt) (SSGT) Staff SGT which means your training to take an officer spot it's like a trial/pretty LT SSGT's in Beowulf: KSI CaptainAmazing (RS) (LT) leuitant 4th being lowest 1st being the highest BEOWULF LT's: KSI Buttrcup 101 KSI xPYTHONx 2LT (CPT)Captain 4th being the lowest first being the highest BEOWULF CPT's: KSI problem 3CPT No other CPT's at this time!
