To do this, press the middle button on your controller to bring "Xbox Guide." Go down to "Messages" and click on it. Go to "Create New" and then click on "Message." From here, a list of your friends and recent players will pop up. Go down to the first recent player and click on him/her. After this, click on "Change Gamertags." A list of your friends and recent players will pop again, but this time there will be square boxes to the left of everyone's name. Go down the list and put a checkmark in the box of everyone that you want to send a message to. After that, hit back and got to either "Add Voice" or "Add Text" (this is personal preference.) Then, send out your message. When you get a message back from a recent player asking to join, pull them into a party. From here you want to perform a security check. Their Motto should read KSI ACHILLES LW RCT. Their Bio should read Recruited by (Your Gamertag) (Date of Recruitment) For example, "Recruited by KSI Gr33nB3r3t 12/18/14." If your recruit cannot access their Bio on the Xbox, have them go the App store and download Xbox Smartglass. It's free and can be used to edit the Motto and Bio. Once the Motto and Bio are done, have your recruit go the Xbox Home Dashboard. From here have them go all the way to the right into "Setting" have them click on "Privacy" (this should be located in the bottom row, second from the left. From here have them go to "Change Settings" and "Customize." Wednesday's are our Recruiting Workshops and Friday's are our squad meetings. They should be the age of 15 to join KSI and the age of 16 to join hypnos and 15 if mature. - Third inform then that they will be changing their bio and motto Bio:clansuited by (recruiters name) and the (date) Motto: KSI HYPNOS LW RCT - also they have to change some privacy settings Game activity, profile sharing, profile viewing set to everyone. Friends list set to friends only - fourth you check their profile and make sure they have 500 gamerscore at least and 20 of their own friends. - security check their friends list and make sure there isn't any blacklisted members or clans on their friends list. - Let them know that someone will try and get with them after they get accepted to the recruit tag they will be sending a friends request to after you get them into uniform. - last but not least the CoC that you have to go over the recruits to make sure they know the rules of KSI In order to maintain the high standards of membership of KSI and to continue to represent ksi in a positive fashion. All ksi members must understand and follow the code of conduct. 1. Every ksi member must read and understand the Xbox live terms of service and code of conduct. Since u play on Xbox live u have agreed to follow these rules. 2. Ksi does not tolerate racism, discrimination, or harassment of any type by or towards a ksi member in or out of a game lobby in any situation. We are and family and want to respect and take care of each other. When participating in game lobbies of any sort u represent ksi and u should represent ksi in a positive fashion. 3.leaders within ksi are responsible for organization of the squad matches and practices posting match scores and maintaining professional game play and to oversight the behavior performance of lower ranking members. This does not include u because ur jus starting off as a rct but this should make u want to get up there and earn more leadership while building up. 4. A ksi member never leaves a ksi member behind. It's self explanatory. If a ksi member is by them self invite them and play with them and talk. Also help them if they have any question comment or concern as much to ur ability. 5.all members have an open door policy to speak with leaders within ksi for any reason. Make sure it's jus appropriate to talk bout where no one will feel weird. But u can talk to leaders with any comment question idea or concern u have within KSI or personal like I said ksi is a family we care for each other. Just remember if u have a problem or concern follow it proper chain of command. Go to ur ssgt and LT before it has to go any higher. No one likes to be blind sided with a problem. 6.a ksi member takes pride in his or hers membership of ksi and we encourage u to change ur gamertag to reflect ksi with capital KSI at beginning with no number 7's within or at end of name. Without changing ur gamertag highest rank u canAchieve is a corporal and when u change ur gamertag u go up to Sgt and forth on with activity. With changing ur gamertag u will be getting people asking about KSI and u can tell them all about it and see if they are interested in joining 7.a ksi member must maintain professional game play and attitude during and out of game lobbies. If a person is cursing u out or making fun of u don't talk back it makes it worse jus use the mighty mute button. Show the person tht u aren't gonna waste ur time on them. 8. Ksi does not allow a ksi member be part of any other gaming league or clan or organization of any sort. Unless it is within the alliance of ksi 9.all members must be at least 15 years old to join ksi and be mature and be able to play on rated m games for mature 10. The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason. “If you are doing anything in your personal life that violates these rules; KEEP THEM IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE. We are not trying to control your personal life, however, we maintain a positive and uplifting environment in our forums and game sessions.
