KSI Alley 114 Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 Stats and Goals: Hannibal Squad Tag: 74 (5 Silver) G14: 69 Recruit Tag: 1 Last weeks goals: Clearing more members to recruit and bringing at least 2 new people in.-no recruits brought in and Cpls are being sent the notes to get cleared this week. Finalize the inactive removal list- finalized need to bring in recruits to replace the fluff (1rct=1fluff or 2rcts=1fluff) Game nights and Activity brought up some more. -Ongoing not really worked on last week. Bonus Goal: Seeing if any SGTs are prepared to take on an officer roll. -Completed we have a SGT ready to be promoted This weeks goals: Get a new SSGT promoted and finish the last of training. Host a fun forums workshop to get members interested in the forums and to bring up the activity on it. KSIxBUSH 7 34 Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 Squad: Paladin squad tag 70 ( 5 silvers, two are throne and comic to help transfer people over to Goliath) g14: 65 RCT tag: 1 Goals: Boost activity within the squad officer will be required to host atleast 1 game night every two weeks( not everyone can host each week got busy personal lives and some still have school) Boost activity on the forums I plan on trying to do some sort of scavenger hunt via forums continue to finalize the split after this week the few remaining ppl will become fluff continue to build officer staff hopefully some sgts will start to step up as well as SSGT and LTs also shouldn't really be a goal but every time I try and offer to do a joint game night with other squads they don't show so host a successful joint game night with another squad in LW already have one planned with Ceasar for next week but would like to get one more KSI Ascend 7 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... Host a fun forums workshop to get members interested in the forums and to bring up the activity on it- Forums workshop didmt happen but a fun scavenger hun on the forums has been planed out for friday with other gens. So goal was not met this week. Get people interested in the forums (hopefully with forums fun scavenger hunt) -The forums scavenger hunt was cancelled as no one showed up. A few people wanted to learn but never made it to the session. inspiring members to host more game nights and get them sent out on the squad tag. -No extra game nights were held. A few members have expressed interests in hosting but never came forth with the game and the times/date for it. This weeks goals: Get a new SSGT. Talk to my current officers and see who is looking like they could move up and possible move them up and give them a try. Try and remove more inactives by bringing in more active recruits.
