MVG: KSI Dr Mint Reason : Since joining this community Mint has been very dedicated to Hannibal. He was very interested in ranking up meeting new people and rebuilding the squad because it was his home. When he was low on funds & I bought him a name change he cried and thanked me because nobody has ever done anything like that for him. I feel mint will go far in Hannibal & KSI as a whole. We also had to fluff a few members. -we only need to promote two Pvts to CPL. We still need to promote one of each officer up. He always handles issues as they arise, he brings a lot of humor and personality to Achilles. Results: We recruited 3 more members and trained 6 cpls to recruit. Goals for this week: -Make sure that all officers know how to train off rct tag properly. -Ensure that all pvts are trained up to cpl. -teach all new cpls how to recruit. MVG: KSI POISON OAK- he works a full schedule, he makes sure all of his KSI duties are fulfilled. He has high hopes of being a general, and the squad absolutley adores him. Keep up the good work. KSI AL-SAHIR 20 Posted September 21, 2016 Report Share Posted September 21, 2016 Squad: ACHILLES LW # on the squad tag: (6 silver tags) 88 #on the g 14: 88 #on the rct tag: 2 Goals for last week: -promote 2 capt. 2lt. and 2 ssgt -make sure my new officers have everything they need to succeed -host a recruiting party and pass 100 members Results: -i was not able to promote as many as i would have liked, i lost a couple of officers due to inactivity but i am quickly remedying the situation -my officers that have been promoted so far do have everything they need to succeed and are doing very well -we have not reached 100 yet however i am hopeful once i get my officers staff in order we will. Goals for this week: -get the people i want to be promoted ready to take a leadership role -make sure that everyone in the squad feels welcome (im going to host an achilles only game night, as well as a squad v. squad game night) -continue recruiting Side Note: KSI MORTALITY has been an excellent 1CPT and is very deserving of a generals position. it is clear he is made for a leadership position and handles himself well in every situation.
