I pointed out that we need to refresh ourselves on a couple points. When recruiting we need to be looking for Friends on the recruits friends list with Consecutive clean tags. We also need to be asking for thevrecruits birthday instead of just asking the recruits age. If we run into someone who has been in KSI before or any other Rank structured clan we need to stop the recruiting process and direct them to the Forums to fill out the App. When we are going over the profile for SR and BL clans, we also need to be looking in there feed for recent gamertag changes. The point of the recruit club is to have new recruits in this club while cleared from our 7's., After being accepted to the recruit club they can be trained up after 48 hours. After becoming a PVT they can be added to the squad tag. At this time and not before they can be added the KSI based chats. Forums should be signed up with the recruits at the end of the recruiting process., along with other Socail Media. End of Notes.. see you Next Week. We went through the Code of Conduct and helped clarify areas that could get confusing. We established that new recruits are ineligible to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI until becoming a PVT and well as not inviting them to any squad chats until rank of PVT is met. Also reminded people not to tell someone the age limit is 15 but to ask when they were born. I gave them tips as to how to find people to contact to be potential recruits. We went over the Rank Structure and the benefits of changing ones gamer tag to reflect KSI. Also emphasized that when performing security checks that they need to watch for not just the blacklisted and security risked clans but also tags that are seen in bunches in ones friends list.
