LEADERSHIP NOTES:

1. Spirit week day 1 pep. rally will begin June 24th 7pm est.

-Possible Forums challenge

2. Go visit the History Aread on the forums and write down your history in KSI.

3. Divisionals of the month of April will be posted soon, Keep a look out for that.

4. If you would Love to know more about promotions go to the KSI FaceBook page where you can talk to Doctor 7 about anything you want to know about that as well as getting members more recognitions.

5. The texting APP KiK is not a replacement for the forums.

- The COC and SOP still applies in all KSI chats, so make sure you are still following the COC and SOP.

-KiK chats are sactioned Chats, Group chats on KiK especially KSI related group Chats belong to KSI.

-Directors and Higher leadership, when asked for snapshots of your KiK chats by a High Leadership you must obey what they ask and give them snapshots of the whole group chat, if you dis-obey and refuse, correct discipline willl be done, could lead from Rank suspension, to as far as the Leadership could decide.

6. L.E.A.D class is gonna be back the week of May 18TH

-101 class is gonna be open is only LT's and above

- 201 class will be open only to GEN's and above, but only to the ones who completed Class 101

7. Production Team is looking for Top 10 Clips of the Month

-They are also looking for members to join

LW NOTES:

1. Everyone train their replacement, lots of opportunities for promotioms if you do, especially when a split is happening or going to happen.

2. KSI Aries will be Hosting Comedy Night every Sunday at 9:00 EST.-Signups on the forums have been made for Comedy NIght under the LW section

- Lets see a full Comedy night going with a bunch of laughs and giggles.

3. Make all of our Members/ New Recruits Unpoachable

-Keep them active within KSI such as: Meetings, gamenights, and some amazing conversations.

4. Keep profile, BO2 and AW eblems PG

-Meaning Keep eblems appropriate with no racism, discrimination, or any type of Harrasment to any Gender.

-If this is not followed you will be disciplined.

5. THe Recruiting tourney is over, KSI Nick 7 has the results to that, and hopefully will be letting us know soon who are the winners of that.

6. Make sure to train recruits off of recruit tag and make sure when promoting it is done right.

Mottos and bios must be correct in order to be accepted to the Squad Tag.

Hypnos Notes:

1. Officers get with the people who are going to new squad and get them settled in on the Hypnos Squad tag.

-Change Mottos to KSI HYPNOS LW and then your current Rank in KSI

-Delete the KSI ACHIULLES SQUAD TAG AND ADD HYPNOS SQUAD TAG.

2.Lets Recruit, Recruit,Recruit!!!

-Let's get Hypnos going and get up there in the numbers.

3. To KSI Revex only, start Recruiting for Xena, They need Help with Recruiting.

-If Revex can get 10 Recruits accepted and put into Xena by next Friday he will recieve a $10 card from KSI Ascendancy for His hard Work.

4.Lets get Hypnos where we want it and For all the Officers to be on their game.

Additional Comments:

1. The Respect to Higher ranking members need to be followed

-Lower ranking members are disrespecting Higher Ups and we can not have that happening.

-If a situation occurs follow the Chain of command correctly if youy can not deal with the problem your self.

2. COC #4 is being broken not just in one squad but in LW by the Kicking of KSI members out of PArties for space in parties and problems occuring.

-Leaving KSI members behind is not acceptable and there is not any acception to that.

3. Lets get Gamenights rolling

4. Achilles and Hypnos are still the closest squads in LW we are not leaving eachother just because we split.

- We all are gonna stay in touch alot and hopefully in the near future have gamenights together.

5. Do not pull the I'm a higher rank card on a lower ranking meber that can get you in trouble and you will be disciplined.

6. Lets start doing more shout outs especially those who are kicking booty and ones who get promoted.

7. Lets get Hypnos up there with GameNights and activity in them and take Samurai's title for best Gamenights in LW.

• Weekend Warfare:Saturday, May 16th @8pm ESt GTA V Truck Show. Signup at www.ksiweekendwarfare.org
• Go vote for your favorite Spirit Week Promo video out of 3 videos in the General Area on the forums page.
• AAP Divisional OTM's are open until May 18th. Divisional 7's need to go to the AAP section on the forums and nominate someone they think deserves an award!
• Congrats to DR for the first division split for 2015. They created Maximum Punishment (MP).
• Congrats to Death DL for 2 squad splits within 5 weeks.
• Every division should get together teams for Spirirt Week:

6-8 people for Halo 4 on the 360
6-8 people for AW on the 360/One
2 people for Karaoke Events 
More information about Spirit Week will be released as we get closer to it. Divisional attendance is mandatory for all divisions.

• Squad tags need to be signed into daily. If not, things will start to pile up.

LW Notes:

• KSI Nick 7 will be suspending the ability to recruit for some members if simple mistakes keep being made. Members that are suspended from recruiting will have to take a recruiting class or two to be able to recruit again. Infractions after this point will result in the permanent loss of recruiting abilities.
• Make sure to keep all BO2 and AW emblems PG. No nudity, explicit language, racial slurs, etc. We want to represent our selves in every way possible.
• Make sure our members are "unpoachable!!!" Make sure to include your new members in game nights and parties to give them a sense of belonging in this community!
• Do not spam the 7's!! This is an ongoing problem in LW. Just send one party invite and a message stating the intention of the party. Don't freak out and blow us up. If we do not get with you in a timely fashion, chances are we're dealing with an issue. Be patient. If we need another invite, we'll ask for one.
• Start following the Chain of Command. Officers are put in place to handle minor issues, among other things. The 7's should be a last resort in minor issues, when all other options have been used. Obviously, if a situation is serious, we need to be the first to know. All other issues need to be handled in-squad.
• KSI Green 7 will start announcing the Games with Gold each month. For May 16th, the game to be released will be F1 2013, a racing game. For those members looking to increase their gamerscore or pick up a new game to keep them busy, this one might be worth checking out.
• Keep up the good everyone!!!

Hypnos Squad Notes:

 

• Reaffirmed the recruiting process
• Went over the definition of RESPECT and Disrespect will not be tolerated. Informed the squad that female members will be in Hypnos and we need to act accordingly. Disciplinary action will be taken if the COC is violated. 
•  Talked about game nights and possible TAC teams. Getting the whole squad involved by creating multiple TAC team sub divisions. Example: 8 men in the TAC Team. Each member will have a specialty and a sub-team. Snipers team, S&D/R Team, Hardcore Team, and so fourth. The end result it to have an active squad as a whole. 
• Once more members are added we will be alphabetically having members throw game nights. Game nights are still going to be active for other members, however this will insure every member participates.
• Game nights will be held after meetings. (Wed @ 9pm est. will be Gun Crowns and Fri. @9pm est.  will be last man standing) all the time
• Went over Chain of command and when and how to use it
• Recruit, Recruit, Recruit and Train, Train, Train looking to split in August.

LW Notes:

• Nick will be tallying up the results of the recruiting tournament. Winners will receive their prizes within a month.
• Please make sure recruits are being recruited properly. Go back and recheck settings, motto, bio, and friends list. Pull in an officer to double check if you're unsure. If they're not being done properly, they will not be accepted and there will be consequences.
• If you see a recruit with multiple unknown clans on their friends lists, just ask them about them. If they have a lot of any clan, ask them to remove some, or all of them.
• Remember to train your replacement! You can't be promoted unless there is someone to take your spot. Mentor those below you, and if you want to be mentored, ask your higher ranking officers!
• Follow chain of command with any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have. Start with your SSGTs and work your way up.
• Please don't spam the sevens! They're very busy people. Send one party invite and a message with the intent of the party and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
• If you're having a game night, send out a message to get the word out!

Hypnos Notes:

• KSI MadIntense will be having GTA 5 car shows every week of the month with prizes given to the winners. Week 1: Car show, Week 2: Truck show, Week 3: Bike show. Message him for more information.
• We're still looking for activity from the officers and the members.
• Our squad is up and coming! We're a force to be reckoned with!
• Our general KSI Ascendancy will be holding a HYPNOS ONLY recruiting tournament. First place will be $20 in Microsoft points. More information will be given soon.
• When you recruit, train, or meet a new member, introduce them to the forums! Help them make an account and post in our wonderful chats. Let's try and work on our forums activity.
• If you miss three meetings in a row without telling the general why, you will be fluffed from the squad.

• Shoutout to KSI Revex! He's been holding game nights almost every night this week! Also shoutout to KSI Slap! He's given a couple referrals. Keep up the great work, guys and gals!

Spirit week will be here before you know it. (June24th) be getting your teams ready for 360 and the xbone for Halo and COD.Also don't forget about karaoke night. I would be holding some auditions for this contest.

Remind people that members who change their gamertags are to be promoted to sgt immediately unless they have yet to be trained off of the recruit tag. As soon as they are trained and add the squad tag they can be promoted to Sgt. Immediately..

Also remind Generals to stay up to date on their squad meeting notes on the forums.

-          We’re still messing up on some of our recruiting.  KSI Nick 7 will be keeping track of people that are making mistakes and requiring them to be re-trained.  Nick will also be getting with CPL’s around the division to make sure they know the proper procedures.  When the recruit has members from another community on their friends list make sure to ask them about it and send a message to the recruit tag about it. Same goes for training them off the recruit tag.

-          Make sure you are training your replacement. We will be looking for a new co-founder in the near future, so make sure you have someone to replace yourself. There will be plenty of opportunities for members in LW.  Generals need to make sure their officers are training their replacements.

-          Rank Structure- make sure you are following the chain of command when you have issues within your squads.  The 7’s are busy and shouldn’t be bothered with minor issues.

-          History section on the forums.  It is located at the very bottom of the forums page.  You can write your own history there, view other people’s histories, etc.

-          We have an LW/ES facebook page, make sure to check that out.

- Check out the work the News team has been doing lately. They’ve got a lot of articles out there right now. KSI REDRANG3R is working on an article about LW that should be finished

- Productions is looking for people that are able to stream in HD, they need people that can stream on Xbox 360

- Go to the forums; make sure you are using the full version, if you look above the shout-box you can see the link to vote for your favorite Spirit Week promotional video. Make sure to go put in your vote.

- Spirit Week- everyone needs to be ready to have teams for each of the events. Keep working on setting these teams up. It is preferred that the 7’s do not participate in this. Possibility of having a GTA 5 race. If there is a tie-breaker there will be a special tie-breaker game.

- Graphics area- if you would like the graphics team to make you a cool signature, make sure to check it out. Remember you must have 45 posts (non-spam) in order to get a signature made. Also graphics team is looking for more members.

Upper Leadership Notes:
-Keep the Shout Out program active. It has proven to be an effective tool in motivating the members of LW, but we haven't been seeing as many messages lately. If you see someone doing a good job, send a shout out recognizing that.
-Spirit Week is closing in fast, starting June 24th. There is a topic on the forums page listing the dates and activities that will be held. GENs make sure u are sending messages out every day to promote Spirit Week.
-Productions Team is looking for members that are capable of streaming in HD. If you are interested in signing up or leaning more about how to stream you can apply on the forums.
-News Team is always looking for new members that want to post stories about KSI. Sign up on the forums if you are interested in being on the team.
-The Join and Rejoin sections are now up on the forums page. If anyone is made to do either application a 7 must be notified in order to keep an eye on it. There will usually be a 1 week wait for those people to be accepted so that they can be checked out to make sure they are not going to pose a security risk.
-Always promote the Social Media for KSI.

-Father's Day is this Sunday. All meetings on Sunday will be voluntary or rescheduled.

LW Notes:
-There has been a lot of careless mistakes on the RCT Tag again. Recruiters that continue to make mistakes will start being retrained by GENs or a 7. If the problems keep appearing it may result in a rank suspension as well. It is not that hard to recheck your work before sending a new recruit to the tag. Double check your work and make sure that the person meets ALL requirements for recruitment. Especially the gamerscore (500)and friends (20 non-KSI) requirements.
-Generals must be the ones posting meeting notes. The only exception is if they are training a CPT on how to post the notes to prepare them for a GEN spot.
-Karaoke night this weekend will be streamed on Twitch. If we attain 350 viewers KSI Greg 7, our SNR Director, will be singing "I Feel Like A Woman" by Shania Twain. promote it like crazy so we can get the viewers.
-Commend LW for all the hard work. We have 2 squads looking at splits in the near future. Keep it up.
-Make sure that all game emblems are kept professional. There should be no nudity, racism or derogatory terms in them.
-Strive to make our members unpoachable. This is done by finding ways to keep the members active within the community.
-If you are approached by a random, always check mottos and bios to make sure that they are not part of a blacklisted gaming community. This will eliminate the opportunity for them to hack or poach members.
-The rank structure needs to be followed when dealing with issues. In many cases the issue can be handled within the squad and a 7 never needs to be involved. This can prevent the problem from becoming worse than it actually is.
-Generals need to be posting their squads stats and goals weekly. There is a special topic in the LW section where this can be done.

 

Hypnos Meeting Notes:

 

Went over leadership notes and LW notes and explained them to members.

Last week we asked members what they would like to see more in Hypnos, they asked for more game nights. Well we delivered more game nights and team tryouts this week and had minimal attendance. 

Went over the word RESPECT, because we have trouble will people understanding the word. I have initiated  a 3 point warning system. Members who break this word will be removed from the squad.

We are going to try out recruiting for 1 hour a day to try to increase members. This will start Monday.

Work on OFC staff there can only be 2 SSGT per squad. 1 CPT & 1 LT per every 25 members

XB1 squad is up and running head to the forums to get updated.

KSI is all about fun. All members is to have full and equal access to fun.

Keep drama within the squad. There is no need to involve 7s into issues that can be dealt with on a lower level.

We need to step up game nights. This keeps member un poach able  and keeps them active.

Every member in the squad should take ownership of the squad.

- HALO 5 Launch - In preparation for Halo 5, T&E will be hosting an XBOX ONE MCC Tournament.

In the future if officers are not posting in the Roll Call once per week, Rank Suspensions will be handed out.  If a squad has officer(s) that continuously fail to post in the Roll Call the General will face some consequences, after all the General’s should be making sure their officers are active on the forums

 

-         Caesar (XB1)

 

o   KSI URDONE 7 will be going on an LOA soon so we will be waiting until he gets back to get things going with Caesar.  Continue to see if any of your squad mates would be interested in joining the XB1 squad.  Please send them to the forums in the LW section we have a topic titled “Caesar (Xbox1) squad transfers”, please have them post in this thread so that URDONE can get with them upon his return

-  KSI URDONE 7 will be going on an LOA soon so we will be waiting until he gets back to get things going with Caesar.  Continue to see if any of your squad mates would be interested in joining the XB1 squad.  Please send them to the forums in the LW section we have a topic titled “Caesar (Xbox1) squad transfers”, please have them post in this thread so that URDONE can get with them upon his return

-  Weekly recruiting workshop (make sure to give plenty of notice, minimum 24 hours)

-  Weekend Warfare, 7’s vs. Viewers, etc. (basically any KSI-wide events)

-  Weekly squad meetings (make sure to give plenty of notice, minimum 24 hours)

-  Maybe try sending out motivational messages, shout-outs, or just messages trying to get some feedback from your squad. These are all ways that could increase activity within the squad and could really help

- If messages aren’t being sent out on the tags the Seniors will be coming to me about it, I can assure you that if I have to hear how notes aren’t being posted punishments will be handed out.

Generals:

- Weekly squad stats and goals MUST be done weekly.  I would prefer them be posted on Monday or Tuesday, but as long as they get posted weekly I am okay with it

- Promotions – ALL promotions within the squad MUST be brought to your Co-Founder no later than 48 hours before you want them promoted. This will give the Co-Founder sufficient time to get with that officer and make sure they are ready for the position you would like to promote them to

- Remember what happens within your squad is ultimately your responsibility, same goes for me with the division. Make sure you know what is going on within your squad at all times

- G14’s and Squad tags should be updated daily, at a minimum every other day. If this doesn’t improve changes will be necessary.

  There are Divisions that have 3 or more squads that are a month out on meeting notes. There is 1 squad that is a week out. So we need to make sure that the Gen. are posting the notes every week.

 I feel that the co-founders are failing on this mark they aren't asking the question about promotions until the general brings it up. Everyone should learn this phase:

 We know it seems like a silly thing but if the leaders make an effort to connect with the members they will have an easier time finding new officers.

 

 Officer Training:

  Every division needs to work with the officers. Everyone should get in a mind-set of looking for potential officers before the need to promote an officer.

- Officer Workshops will continue to be held on Tuesday nights at 9PM EST on CoD:BO2.  There will be two lobbies, one for CPT’s and GEN’s and the other will be for SSGT’s, LT’s, and if there is room maybe some potential officers

-  More division-wide game-nights/teams (Snipe ops, HH, Tac team)

We went over KSI BaddBlood's tournament that will be held on Call Of Duty Ghosts on December 15th.

We also went over the weekend warfare that was held yesterday on the Xbox one for the GTA 5 car show

Before sending recruits to the recruit tag make sure they don't have multiple clans 4 or more xgn members avoid poaching other members from other clans and make sure there are no black list on their friends list.

Have officers check recruit tags daily and train them off

The sevens have been disappointed they're there and willing to answer questions and to help us with any problems that persists

There are only a handful of awards they want feedback on how they are doing. Nominate people and why you feel they need to be nominated
Make sure you fill in the shoutouts

The recruiting tournament has been changed it is going till January keep track of recruits name date responsible for own members

Train your replacement the sevens should not have to go back and retrain officers they are getting tired of having to do so. You and the other member trying to get promoted will not if you are not trained tell them what they have to do the amount of work that's involved and go from there help each other to become better officers.
