Head Hunters Starting up this Friday we had some technical difficulties last week, but the HH teams are being set up this Friday. Any challenges need occur before Friday, after Friday that is your roster for the season. Weekend Warfare This week's WW will be a 1v1 cage match on WWE 2k16 this Saturday August 19th, @8pm EST. Also a 2v2 BO2 tournament and a BO2 emblem contest will be held August 27th @8pm EST. Weekly update This week's weekly update will be on the Head Hunters teams and information about them. Growing the Division We need to find some ways to grow our division, assess your division see what you need and then achieve it. It doesn't have to be numbers but something that we can focus on as a division to work better on and achieve. Department Notes AAP August OTM's are open until September 8th, if you see someone working hard at their position nominate them for an OTM. Weekly Update This week is going to be a discussion about the AAP, it will be a discussion about how the AAP helps the community and the members. KSI Ascend 7 and KSI Ivy 7 will be looking for permanent panel members. This is not applied to any specific rank or title, anyone is welcomed and wanted to take part. Congratulations to KSI Ivy 7 on becoming Co-Head of productions! Weekend Warfare This week will be a 3v3 Roshambo on Halo 4 on the Xbox 360 @8pm EST on Saturday The following week September 10th the new free with gold on the 360 is Forza Horizon, so we will be having an elimination race limited to "A Class" Vehicles. The cool thing about this tournament is that Forza Horizon will be a backwards compatible game once released, so everyone can participate! Hirings-Marketing,News, and productions are accepting Applications, apply for them on the forums. Spiders Notes Game nights A fundamental part of being in KSI is having fun and playing video games. This being said, your squads should be averaging around 1-3 gamenights a week. Recruiting Another key aspect of being a member of KSI, is the strive to continue to grow the community. While not being a focus I KSI, recruiting is imperative to insure this community continues to be an influential part of the Xbox live community. Situation management As an officer you are expected to hold yourself to a higher standard than those you lead. That means that when a situation arises, you must be the mature one to handle it. Not everyone will like you for being the "strict gen" or "strict officer" but they will respect you. Activity As the gen of a squad, you are expected to be the most active member in that squad. This is because you are the person making all of the decisions, and need your members to feel like they know you and trust you. Forums Activity My biggest goal for this division is to see our forums activity go up, we have become so used to just doing our officer check in and 3 weekly posts that we have forgotten the reason we have a forums. I encourage all of you to explore the forums and the web-ops departments and see what interests you. Be sure to talk with your members about the forums, and answer any questions they may have regarding them. FI Leadership We are here to help you. The knowledge we have received while being in KSI is here for you. Our biggest job as 7s is to help guide and motivate you, so please come to us with any concerns. KSI Standards As members of KSI, we hold ourselves to a higher standard than the average gamer. This means that we should reflect the values listed in our name. Knowledge- Seek it in everyday life, and in your endeavors in KSI, the more we learn, and the more experience we obtain, will improve us as leaders, and as members of this community. Strength- Having strength is one of the most key aspects of being a member of KSI. No matter what rank, or what division/squad You are in, you will always deal with issues and problems in KSI. It takes a great deal of strength to do what we do, and to stay in this community in search of continuous improvement, no matter what happens. Insuring your members possess this trait is vital to the success of this division. Integrity- Without a set of moral codes, or standard at which we hold ourselves, we will never better as a person. The reason we are to integrity is because it is a trait that will better yourself as a person, and in this case, as a member of KSI.
