Phantom is currently at 94 members. I want to thank everyone who is recruiting. Please keep doing a great job.

Remember guys the limit age in KSI is 16 and up but please make sure that they are mature enough. When you rectuit don't forget to make them add the squad tag and do a background check to see anything suspicious and remember that RECRUITING ALWAYS MAKES PROMOTIONS.

Everyone knows the deal about KSI Darth Vader 7. He is a blacklisted member meaning that you absolutely cannot have any contact with him at all and that also includes having him on your friends list. Same goes for everyone else who is blacklisted in KSI. If you see anyone suspicions that wants to join KSI out of nowhere please let me know.

Shadow Haven division color is BLUE. So if you see anyone in our division being out of a uniform please inform them that it is a violation of code of conduct and they will get in trouble for it.

Don't forget to add Shadow Haven on facebook. It's always great way to find out the latest news and meet new people.

Battlefield 3 squad is finally starting up right after KSI Jiggy 7 gets back. If you feel like you are a Battlefield person and want a transfer to a new squad you are always welcome but make sure you let me know and the higher ups for approval.

KSI Illusiion 7 is having a recruiting tournament. First 4 people who will get 15 members into KSI will get 1600 microsoft points no questions asked. It's a great way to get easy points so make sure you recruit!!

Shadow Haven is a biggest division again and it's all thanks to you everyone. Currently SH is at 450ish members and we are growing very fast even though we split about a week ago.

Lookout for blacklisted members that are trying to poach from KSI : KSI Equals 7, XGN Renegade, KSI Remix, KSI Reclaimer 7, and other blacklisted members. Remember that you cannot have any contact with them whatsoever.

Be sure that you stay active on the forums. All the officers need to have an account.

When you recruit do not make them add the higher ups like Riku or Jiggy. Make them add the squad tag instead and their General.

Directors are asking that you properly orientate your recruits (read the Code of Conduct) and tell them what KSI stands for- Knowledge Strength Integrity. Make sure that you are at least an officer in order to orientate.

MEA clan is attacking KSI and trying to poach people but the information is false. MEA members tried to attack KSI United but came into Global on accident so the information about MEA members being blacklisted from and they are trying to poach is false. Please ignore it.

If you see people tbagging in the matchmaking make sure you let your officers know. We want to keep this community as mature as possible.

KSI Christ 7 is no longer a Senior Director. He will be watching over our divisions and see how everyone is doing.

KSI LuciLux 7 is a General helper. If any Generals need any help about how to run a squad or any questions he will be the right person to go to. He will point you at the right direction.

Now our website has a full recruiting guideline in the Forums section. There are 3 different ways of recruiting and they are very detailed.

The pillars is going to be a new thing for division names. Shadow Haven is well on it’s way to becoming one.

More sgt or ssgt training by queenjess and it will help become a leader. They are on the forums.

There are going to a higher division rank called Pillars, It takes more members and a certain amount of Division splits. Rule #10 of the Codes of Conduct must be followed better, Stating that if a member can be removed without clauses, Includes moding and hacking. New FTLA classes are coming up in the next week. SGT training needs more members to attend, there will be more this week. ELITE 4 and 5 on Call of Duty: ELITE are still looking for more members. 8. Bill's community is not blacklisted.They have black-listed members in their community. Division Leaders have the right to block any and all contact with Bill's community from their division.

9. Make sure members are in uniform with their clan tags, bios and mottos.

10. KSI does not condone personal love affairs formed within the community. Members with relationships in squads can be subjected to sending one partner to a different squad. Members Co Founder and higher with partners under their leadership will involve the Division Leader in all promotions or demotions of their partner to ensure clear leadership judgement is made. If there are relationships in your division let it be known, it would help you have less drama in the long run.

11. Keep members informed about the past so there is less people that are poached. Seek a higher leader if you are not fully aware. We are an open book, we have no reason to lie and proof to back it.

12. Have members stop sending messages stating someone is blacklisted. If a message doesnt state who did the blacklisting then disregaurd.

Dark Legions is the biggest division in KSI with 612 members right behind them is Shadow Haven with 593.

People need to know the difference between, getting kicking out, being DNH and being Blacklisted.

“Kicking out†is usually when someone is kicked out of a division for being suspected /potential or an actual security threat or if someone is causing excessive unnecessary drama and causing problems, and they can go to another division if approved . You can still talk and play with them and have them on your friends list.

DNH = Do Not Hire, You can still be friends but they canNOT join Any Division or will be accepted or approved to join any division at all and you cannot talk about any KSI business or anything KSI Related. You can still talk to them & play with them.

Blacklisted A lot of people are getting this mixed up and confused, ONLY the BOE (Board of Executives) and it takes 2 people from the BOE to blacklist and BOD (Board of Directors), so If you don’t get a message from for example KSI BALPHY 7 or KSI Rebellion 7 or if the message doesn’t say who they were blacklisted by or per then disregard it. And when someone is blacklisted that means NO communication whatsoever, no talking to them, no messaging, and no playing games, and they canNOT be on your friends list at all.

KSI Darth Sidious 7’s or Bills KSI , We need to treat them as if they are a blacklisted community , make sure that NONE of your members are still friends with them or talking to these people at all.

And we need to ask our members, Why do they want to leave so easily and why are they so easily deceived and persuaded to leave, and We need to figure it out and make our members Happy and make sure that everyone including the members below us are also having a Great time and still having Fun, and something is not right is if someone gets asked “hey wanna join our KSI†and then the person up and leaves that fast, how deep is our bond with our members if that’s all it takes for them to be gone.

The Internal affairs will come to each division, and they are searching and checking each division, everyone needs to have friends list open so we can do a sweep and check for any possible or potential security threats or concerns, if people refuse to open there friends list there will be problems.

Public Relations, We are having the website rebuild for Weekend Warfare and it will or should be up and running and good to go by Good Friday (April 6, 2012).
