Will be removed when Co-Fo, Founder, or Division Leaders find out. Creates uneven officer to member ratios. Ground Zero broke the record for the fastest division creation to division split. No more mass recruiting More fun is needed. This is to be done with more playing, game nights, and activities. Squad battles need to get going. 5 recruits per week is going to be backed off for a while Drama and rank problems should disappear. Active members - must play with people from squad. We informed our members that Unity is @ 84 members and had got 14 recruits in one week! we have since then told our members that there will be a new challenge topic in our forums for every squad to try to beat Unity's accomplishment. There is a minimum of 5 recruits a week that Honor has set as a quota each week. We also told our members that we need to have the members who want to be involved with a SGT workshop that will be hosted with KSI LadyRukia 7 and KSI Mufasa 7 in the weeks to come to understand how certain tips are supposed to be used while recruiting etc... I also informed the members that we do need to get their GB id information to add them to the GB squad! Honor is doing an amazing job so lets keep up the works guys =). I told Honor that every officer SGT and higher is to have an Active forums account it is Mandatory!! I also had mentioned that I will be training members within my squad immeadiately! including officers who have been placed in areas they werent ready for! I got down on many of my Officers today to know there rank and to read the COD and to always ask questions! I told Honor that there will be a mandatory quota of 5 recruits a week! but i did this with a twist! yes that is right I have decided to host the very first HONOR RECRUIT TOURNAMENT!!!! yes thats right it is going to last from tonight to next weeks meeting and the person who has the most recruits who have been properly trained will recieve 2400 MSP!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOAH! lol now I mentioned to hop on the forums and check out KSI ImPeRiiuM 7's new challenge to GZ thread which showed oustanding initiative! I told every member that tomorrow night @ 7est KSI JONES and myself will be hosting an everyone workshop to properly train everyone who doesnt know what they are supposed to do and answer questions that anyone has and yes 7's are welcome!!! we always need some advice from our upper upper leaders =). Honor's members will start to have a SSGT in a party with any SGT who is recruiting which is in effect immeadiately!
