It is KSI wide, any SGT’s can sign up in any division or squad, it will be posted on the forums and it is highly recommended for generals to encourage there SGT’s to take it. This will give the SGT’s a push in the right direction and they will learn a lot and prepare them for LT positions and all the details will be on the forums. If it works out, it will go on once a month. Call of duty Elite: has been very successful and useful. Mw3 has added a new feature and now there is an option to see everyone on the elite clan so u can play with people in other divisions now. We have 97 people in Global 1 and 50 people in Global 2. We have the tags now and the titles and now we need to spread the word, if u want in , you get double Xp hours as well just message KSI Rebellion 7 and she will send you an invite and when that’s full, KSI CHAOS 7 will make another one. Make sure that you promote people for the right reasons or you will regret it later All promotions must be approved by the co-founder that way the co-founder can be in the loop of what’s going on in the squad. It is required to have a an active forums account in order to get promoted to a LT. EVERY SUNDAY , after you meeting or after promotions , I want to know your entire staff every SUNDAY , I need all of your staff including you, so we can keep SH up to date on the forums when we have to summit our rank structure and so we don’t get hounded. He has been sending false threats to some of our members. Please Sign up for the Forums if you haven't already. We have a referral program running right now where each person you refer to the forums gets you a point. These points can be redeemed later on for various prizes which will be announced in the future. We had a division/squad split last tuesday night. SH split into GZ where a few of the SH squads were transferred too. Also Enigma split into Unity which is our current squad now. Enigma changed there name to Refuge to go along with the Ground Zero (GZ) theme. KSI Lucent is now in charge of Refuge because KSI Sage 7 was promoted to Co Fo of GZ so please congratulate him when you see him. The division is currently sitting around 240 members so we are pushing recruits to get back flagship which is between 300 and 350 members. KSI Luci Lux 7 has started a new division called "Light Bringers". It's for all recruits that use to be in KSI so if they say they use to be in with us then send KSI Luci Lux 7 a message with the gamertag of the person who wants to rejoin with us. We also need to educate our new recruits more on what KSI is all about besides just recruiting them in. Make sure they know when we have meetings and what we do during our week in KSI as well as what events go on. We need to get more people on our forums so if you do not have an account yet please try to get one. It is mandatory that ALL OFFICERS have a forum account. KSI Shido 7 is running an event to help promote activity on the forums so whenever you guys make a post you will earn 1 point. You can then use all your points towards cool prizes.(Prizes have not been announced yet but when I know more I will tell you guys). KSI Balphy 7 is going to start doing a game night once a month. Officers make sure the transition over to Unity goes smoothly and that they remove the divine or wicked squad tag and add the Unity squad tag and change their motto/bio from divine to unity as well. If you come into contact with any one affiliated with them block communication with them and if you receive a threat come to an officer. (BAD) KSIxDemonR3APeR is blacklisted not to be confused with (GOOD) KSI DemonR3AP3R the general, I do not have all the information at this time so just be careful of anyone with a name similar to what I have posted. This fake KSI is and has hacked members so be on the look out report to an officer or your gen. if you receive messages or if any communication is tried. MEA is not blacklisted communication mistake. Please try and keep up with the code of conduct and do not tea bad at all. Unity does not tolerate it at all. Keep up the recruiting, we have plenty of leadership and will not wait to split. This opens up tons of promotions for all new squads. KSI TheGuardian Will be giving out Microsoft points to whoever recruits 15 new members first. Most of the officers already have a forms account but we would really like to see all the members of the squad with one so if you are reading this then you probably have one and should get everyone else to do the same. KSI NINJA 7 is the new security officer, so if you have any issues with people threatening to hack you or anything like that send him a message and he can take care of it. no boosting or cheating thats not what KSI is about. come to game nights we have a ton of fun and you get to meet other members of the squad! Dont add squad tags from random people, they are most likely hackers, so look out. I dont want to see any tea bagging at all! Along with individual recruiting challenges, there will also be a monthly raffle coming into affect. For every 5 recruits a member gets in a month, they will recieve 1 raffle ticket. (ie 15 recruits =3 tickets, 10 recruits =2 etc.) At the end of the month tickets will be drawn for winners prizes ranging from microsoft points to possible cash prizes If anyone is interested in playing COD with other KSI members, get with your leaders, and they will hook you up with members from VALOR who play. This ensures that if there is emergency information such as blacklists, that the officers will be notified as soon as possible and push down the information to the other members. There are still ongoing GZ SGT and above workshop classes that Queen Jess is holding. Make sure that if you are interested you let either myself or Freak now. The GZ forge team is up and running!!! If you are interested in joining the team, link up with KSI Imperium who is the FG Captain Make sure that you are properly using your chain of command. If there is a serious concern please feel free to ask Freak or I anytime that you need help with something. But keep in mind that all of the the officers and SGT'z are capable of performing recruitments. So if you have a simple question about recruits please ask one of your LT's or CPT's. Its not that we are not willing to help, but there are often other things that require our attention, and using the chain of command with also build up players skills. Once again- Congrats to everyone in KSI for our 4000 member milestone mark last week. Its because of members like you busting your asses that we are able to celebrate things like this. Make sure that you are doing background checks on all new recruits. This includes checking friends lists, gamer score, and things of that nature. If you are having a problem with your General , other officers, or any of the leadership, make sure that you inform someone in a PROFESSIONAL manner what the issues are. We dont need dissension amungst ourselves. Keep in mind that your officers are working hard. Try and give them a break, but if there are problems let the proper command know. If you are in a relationship with other KSI members, make sure that your not bringing your drama online, and its not affecting your gameplay. PLEASE keep up the good work with recruiting. Were so close to splitting AND for gz to hit 400 members. Were doing AWESOME just keep up the good work. HR Dept. is running recruitment workshops in each division. KSIWeekendWarfare.org is the new Weekend Warfare website. Friday, SWAT tourney. Saturday, Full House Poker tourney. A lot of people talking to blacklisted communities and members. It is a big deal, and you will be blacklisted for doing so. A lot of backlash on some people sneaking in during recruiting. Thorough background checks need to be done to avoid potentially dangerous people from joining a squad. TLG is a group that we have on high alert at the moment. Service Tags are a part of the uniform. Impy 460 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 KSI UNITY GZ SQUAD MEETING NOTES - 29 April 2012 -Service Tag not a requirement for uniform. -If a ‘7’ adds you, check to make sure it’s someone you know and is from this KSI, not Bill’s. -Weekend Warfare is 4v.4 Grifball. -Forums Staff says keep the Shout Box free of drama. -LB, Light Bringer, is a re-creational division that is used as a security buffer/re-entry. -Division Split will be Sunday-Tuesday. -Ninja will be Co-Div, with Slikyboy and Mufasa as Co-Fos. Unity (ImPeRiiuM), Solace (DUCEN), Freedom (HeR00), Courage (C.A.M.B.) , Honor (Lady Gambit) will be staying. -New division = Cosmic Equinox (CE). -Ground Zero age requirement will be 16. -GSF is a brand new clan. It’s poaching KSI members hard. Let a General know if one of these guys contacts you. -If friends with any GSF people, you will be removed from the division. -Division Transfers- Both Division Leaders must confer on transfers. 2 rank demotion, 2 week probation. -SGT Workshops and FTLA classes easy to get into and will make life easier in the squads and produce leadership. -Activity on forums need to be pushed. -Friends List viewable by Friends Only. Notes Talked about me being the new General and why. Also talked about where they wanted to be in ksi and where they saw themselves going. Talked about how we could improve honor and what changes they would like to see. Sgt or higher needing to be present during a pvt or cpls recruiting so they can orientate them into ksi and why we need to do that. MUST know the code of conduct and rank structure and what their duties are as their rank. Make forums account and be active. Play with members and with new recruitis make them feel welcomed. New recruits must have ksiglobal.org on bios. Bare minimum 5 new recruits each week. Age limit 17 and 16 with approval of a co founder so contact me if needed about that. When recruiting a sgt or higher must read entire code of conduct don't leave parts out. If approached by a gamertag that you did not know let me know and I'll check it out. Head hunters teams must be locked in by next thursday. Everyone should be making a forums account go through ksiglobal.org How can we inprove our squad?
