Apparently they don't feel like they have to use the div chat or their squad chat. Awh! It's depressing because that's usually what I use to get to know people within our division and become more of a global KSI member, you know? Becoming friends with people in your squad is great, but also becoming friends with people in the division is great. Its being active on the forums, but not communicating with your members. If you feel that strongly about the spammity spam spam in your div area, i'd speak with your div leader about it. He'd probably look at closing the spam-ridden topics or limit them to a couple hours a day if you talked to him about it. Otherwise, any person with the right mindset and with a respectful and intelligent message can make a difference. You just need the proper tools, and access to an audience. As a part of the KSI History project, I've taken the liberty to create you guys a DR Member Histories page within our dept subforum. We are going to be collecting as many people's histories as we can, from private to CEO. Everyone's matters! So feel free to take a minute, and add to your division's membership history. Activity is one of the most important aspects in KSI because what's the point in having members if they aren't willing to be active with anyone on the forums or off.
