This is meant to try to help members with school work. Just post a question and other members will try to help you. There will be no hybrid squads allowed. So when Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 comes out there will be no squad with half the members on Halo 4 and the other half on Reach. Same goes for Black Ops 2. Any recruit requirement for ranking up MUST STOP. Generals must approve all recruits. Recruit Training is now mandatory. The Staff Sargent rank is only for people who are ready for Luitenent, but are waiting for an open Luitenent spot and/or wating to meet their time requirment. Everybody should try to familerize themselves on what the AAP is for so there isn't anymore drama about it. Just because a directer who isn't over your division you still need to listen to them. Take anything they have to say to heart. Remider to all officers that you need to try to be hosting a gamenight every other day, if not everyday. When an officer is hosting a gamenight they must have a Sergeant or a Staff Sargent shadowing them so they can learn how to do it themselves. The 3 week cycle is now gone. I must also stress the fact that this comes from those even above KSI Imperium 7 and do not blame anyone for it, it for the safety of KSI and more importantly the safety of you. When someones recieves a promotion they truly earned it so please give positive comments and congratulations because most of the time what have done is being asset to helping you enjoy being part of KSI or more specificaly Solace. Try to let other members know when they are appreciated this will realy help boost each others confidense especialy with each other. A reminder that if you go inactive for over 14 days a message will be sent to you about your removal from the tag if you come back and explain your reason you will be added back. However try and tell a higher up before hand if you are going away for awile. We want more people to start hosting game nights, we want people to continue to have fun as part of KSI and as part of Solace. For 3 weeks after the release of Halo 4 we will remain on Reach this gives you that amount of time to obtain a copy meetings will still be held on reach until those 3 weeks are up. If for some reason you are not getting Halo 4 please let a higher up know asap. If you are not in uniform you are deemed not part of the squad it is as simple as that. Due to the new Internet explorer app for xbox (woop) there is no Xbox for those who are at least an officer to not be able to get on the forums. When recruiting walk them through how to set up a forums account it does not take long. KSI BlackStar is now blacklisted, for those that didnt know him he was the general of Glory. He has now however changed his GT to Monkey see Lucy so try to avoid him and decline any friend requests from him. Play with new members as much as possible or they will leave if u don't stay in contact with them. I still stress the point to get more recruits so people don't get ranked locked because the more people that are in the squad the more officers there can be and so more new recruits are able to join. Keep colors and service tag correct within ur squad. Still in lock down so parties to be closed. Going to game nights and helping. Following rules and staying in uniform. 5.- compete against each other. it's a good way to get recruiting and other activities done. 6.- set small goals for yourself. Give yourself motivation try not to think much about it but think about to where you will set up for success. Generals have 7 day grace period of not getting on G14. It needs to be active and updated. You will get removed from it and rank suspended if youre not on it in 7 days. -Don't make stupid gamer tags or immature ones or you'll get rank locked. -Cannot have a 7 in your name unless you're a cofo or above. -Battle rights are up on COD BO2 Ran by KSI Twice 7 more info on forums and only 1 person signed up. Please look out for KSI divisions EK, LE, RR, SF, TH, XD, and XG. If any of these try to contact you, please block communication and report it to a higher up. Do not let then make you believe we are the fake KSI. We all assure you, we ARE the real KSI. They are the fake underground KSI. KSI Impyyy 7 is now our new director over GZ, TM, And LB. He is busy ad we won't hear from him as much as we use to but he is still with us. KSI Centurion 7 is now running GZ. Do not let any of your emotions effect any decision we make in KSI. Our recruiting is GREAT. Keep up the great work everyone. For anyone who doesn't know how to recruit or would like to learn how to be a better recruiter, we will soon be trying to host recruitment workshops and it will be open to anyone who would like to join. We have LOTS of officer spots open for you guys. If you have intentions of becoming an officer and would like to be a leader in KSI, we will be trying to host a SGT Workshop soon. A SGT workshop will help and give you lots of information about requirements, duties, and the responsibility of our KSI leadership and how you can get there. Our goal for this week is to get to 30. We are at 24 and I think that is completely do able guys go out, have fun, send messages, get recruits! Welcome to Conquest guys.
