Squad name is up to the general because they worked their ass off to earn that right as well. Forced Induction is ****ing badass. Velocity is too. Who do you think came up with it? Mattalac chose it out of a whole list of sweet names I gave him. It's cars because I chose it that way. Are there demons and zombies and ghouls in MW3 or Black Ops? No there aren't. The name doesn't have Poop to do with the games we play. I'm super stoked about finally having my own divison, and 99% of everyone else who came over is as well. All of your friends are here, everything that you liked about Dark Legions is here and not changing. This is our baby now, we get to shape and make this division. Not everyone will agree on everything, so in this case I went with what I preferred. Forced Induction is a term for the act of cramming additional oxygen into a cylinder for a more explosive combustion, resulting in a more powerful and rapid power stroke, which drives your vehicle. This is achieved through turbocharging, supercharging, or nitrous. It also represents my expectation from this division, as I chose and managed to acquire an incredible staff. You guys are my Pit Crew, and this division is hitting the ground with all tires smoking. My expectation is for us to set records, to hit Flagship in record time with Quality Recruits and people. Every leader here is enthusiastic about this opportunity. If there are a couple who aren't happy with the change, the new division, by all means see me and I can arrange transfers. But I expect those who stay to be passionate about this Division, this community. I want you to want to be here, and to have fun. Negativity is not fun for anyone, so get over it and keep it squashed. My day is going fine aside from working full time all day and coming home to see what I thought was an enthusiastic staff, squabbling over something this petty and criticizing the work I do here during the time I wind down. Anyways, I hope that's clear enough for all, I hope I gave enough background on the name and I did mean to do this earlier but having been at work, well I didn't have the chance to say something before the bickering started. By the way, who do you think came up with the squad name you just had that you love so much? Turbo, supercharging, and nitrous were born in the muscle car community. I would know, I worked for 7 years at summit racing. Since you've got such a negative stance against "riceburners" I figure you know what that is rather well? But yes, you're right. This is a Forza clan, because the name of the division and squads have to do with cars. It's a Division and Squad name. THe games don't change. You do not actually have to go out and purchase forza, especially since almost nobody in this division even plays it least of all me. Did I really have to spell that out brother? really?
