Anyone, correct me if I am wrong, in order to become a Flagship Division, which are kind of like the forerunners of KSI, we need 300 or 350 members in our Division, but because we are a new Division, we need to work up to that. Also, Azrael or Veil, is there a chance that we can make a Knowledge topic in FI similar to what Docness did in DL. That topic got looked too fast for me to spill undying love and gratefulness. You're the best! Seraphim: PLEASE DO! I'm pretty much counting on you to be our official records keeper for stuff like that haha. Azrael: Thanks for making the threads for Standards and stuff. I'm going to get some things together that I want to touch base with you on, that way you can just copy and paste them in without rewriting. As far as the questions regarding the differences between a regular and flagship division, a Flagship is a division that is at a solid 350+ member count, and active on the forums. So we are going to hit that very quickly as long as everyone is working together positively, having a great time, and looking for good people to share our xbox time and community with. We are looking for family members here people, not just a number to add to recruit counts Basically look for people you would love to play with all the time, get friendly with them, and THEN bring up our community and see if they're interested. But I'm going to put together a little instruction package on how to approach that and have Azrael throw that into the Standard for recruiting. I'm also big on spending time with new people, to help make them feel welcome, so to those of you recruiting and training, please take those guys under your wing and introduce them to your friends in your squads! This is huge, and makes such a great impression and feeling for a new member. This is why it's so important to bring in people you would like to be friends with! In other news, we are adding a new Division classification called Armada Division. I don't have the complete details on this, but I know that having a Division Split will be one of the requisites. My intent as I've said before, is to make a SOLID, UNITED, QUALITY division full of great people who enjoy spending time with each other and having tons of fun, getting out there and winning and helping each other improve. If we do this right, with the leaders that we have, we are unstoppable guys. We WILL set records in KSI, and we WILL hit flagship in record time (a major goal of mine!). The next couple of days will bring about alot of news, and THANK YOU to those of you who are working to make this work. Don't forget to have a great time with it! We will get the kinks out of this and get on the road to complete badassery. <3 VL6 Make it, and I will pin it and lock it, and I'll unlock it as you need to put stuff in. Must have a member base of at least 450 members with sufficient officer staff throughout. 2. Must have made a successful division split. (meaning either division didn't crumble within at 3 weeks of being made) 3. Must have an active division section on the forums, and also be utilizing forums properly. (Meeting notes/squad teams ect.) 4. Must have a fully functional Recruit Training program. 5. Must have at least 30% of the division with KSI names.
