As expected the man, beyond the member, is present for all LS members, easy of approach and available to whoever needs him. His presence is overwhelming, he's always pushing us to achieve more, he comes with new goals to challenges us each and all to achieve to greater level, in a way that goes beyond what is required of us. And he does it in ways that don't tires us too much so that we can continue to achieve greatly weekly if not daily. Well for starter though he is now a Co-punder, he was General for the major part of April and has such remains eligible for nomination in tha category. Odin, aka Flaw, is and has always been a force of nature. He has a strong will, a determination that he can pass on to others easily, stamina to achieve greatly and to boost people morales all around him. He's always around to pressure our members into doing a little bit more than they are willing to. And the charismatic character that he is, or at least that he shows, in addition to the natural leadership skills that he brings to every gamenights, meetings, parties, workshops and all sorts of events day after day, inspires our guys and gals aim higher in their weekly achievements as KSI members or officers.

Though reasoning is the faculty of judgement and this is what differentiate us from the other animals on this planet, I know, that in common sense, I can count on Greg for not judging me, my actions, my thoughts and my past, as he looks beyond that to give me best advice suiting the situation I'm in when I seek his guidance. He is way to present and by that I mean he is accessible everyday and always willing to help. It is to the point that I wonder, does he have a clone or simply no personnal life... I have sought counsel from Ascend several times, I have brought him my thoughts, the issues I faced in my time as an officer and a leader in KSI, the dilemma I had and more. Though he gave me many answers, I have never sought complete answers but guidance that have helped me learn to better my leadership. Of course he could have given the exact solutions and the precise words to use to solve what I brought him, but where would be the fun in that, and most important how do you learn when someone else does all the work for. Though I know his age, I see Ascend as an old hermit offering spiritual and philosophical guidance to those who cross his path or simply seek him. You may not be able to get in contact with him in the next few minutes, but if you give him to right elements you are jugglingwith, not only are you sure that he will get in contact with you that day or later when he knows you will be available, but he will have thought about what you brought him and already have a path of solutions to propose. In other words he doesn't waste his nor your time. He's a great 7, an amazing leader and a powerful ally. Treat him with care or better treat him like a friend, he's deserving of it. He may not be the greatest source of knowledge in KSI, but I have sought his help on a few times in the past. He knows a great deal of people, he's appreciated by a lot and loved by several. You can't count on him to break the ice for you. He allowed to meet other leaders I wasn't familiar with when I needed to get in contact with them. And with his help as eased the process to reach these KSI leaders of other divisions. He never speaks for nothing. He's the silent type on whom you can count to say something intelligent when needed. I have heard greatly og him by my members and his. I have myself asked his opinion in the past and will most likely do it again in the future. Seeking guidance doesn't mean you don't necessarily know the asnwer, but only that you seek another opinion before moving on. And I know I can count an intelligent response from this guy. He always worked for his squad, the glory of it and to better himself. For the rank he has achieved in DM, I heard he deserved it and not only got it because he was the next in line in his division with most experience and time under the belt. He's a kind individual with whom it is easy to share your thoughts and idea for KSI and outside of it. He's a wild spark, his energy his contagious, he's a kind and natural leader, and a blessing for DM. Both work together in kind and intelligent reciprocity. Her attitude towards members, officers and leaders gives agreat energy to our division. She excels at what she's doing and try to better herself and her work each week by contcating me with her ideas in a will to discuss it and seek guidance before moving on with it. She will make a great Founder someday, one like this division has not seen in quite a while. KSI Old History.. Would it be possible to have an accurate history of KSI ? There are many stories, many rumors and hearsay going around KSI When was KSI created the very first time ? XBOX or PC ? Halo or Runescape ? Who were the creators of KSI ? What were their very first gamertags when creating it ? or even before ? Are ther any true founders still among us ? Is it true KSI stood for asomething else before ? Is it true it had 2 previous meaning ? So for how long as KSI been here as a clan & gaming community ? Can the actual story of KSI split from what it was to .org & .com be told, so all know and stop creating rumors about it ? Did United come from .org or .com ? Do we know if they still are ? There are rumors about them being gone or using another name now... Our current BoD... When did you join KSI ? What was your GT ? What does your GT means or where does it come from ? Plz tell us about your history in KSI, your old squads or better your first squad... Now I know there are other leaders and director I can count on, but amongthose I have met in the last few months and for their actions I have witnessed over the past month, he is the reliable one. He's the one I can count on, the one I can kik message at any time during the evening, knowing that I'll get a reply soon and that if the guy is online he will do all he can to get in contact with me. It's not every leader or director, who is willing to leave his XBOX ONE game to join in party or better in game with someone on X360 because the player need assistance that his leader can't provide. This man is an asset to KSI and should be cherish and acknowledge more than now. He is one very active and proactive KSI player. Always assisting members, he is hosting 4 gamenights a week on four differents days. He is always available for the General's meeting should his Gen be unable to attend. You can always count on this man to have a spot open for you in a game and for him to have some time to assist you should you need a third wheel in your games or your recruiting group. He is overly present and has just recently been promoted to Captain in his squad. But this player was for the majority of october a lieutenant and I strongly believe he deserve the Of The Month Award. He may not be the only one to deserve it this month, but he certainly qualify for this award. She is an efficient, sharp and competent member of the web ops and well deserving of this award. Now I know I put her in a difficult position considering that she is also a member of the AAP team, but I am certain she can withdraw her vote on this or simply vote for someone else for she can also be discreet and humble. He has recruited several players to KSI in so little days, he got himself promoted has shown up in 2 workshops so far, he is hosting 3 different gamenights on 3 differents days and is accepting critics as constructive elements to better himself and his experience in KSI.
