You know getting factual evidence is kinda hard for most people, but looking at everything this member has done it came to me as a shock seeing he hasn't received this award. Join mod hands down the best one sorry but he is! If I got a guy sitting there waiting i message king I kid you not 30 seconds later he jumps on and messages me I got you bro. Po side of the house honestly Havoc has a band of misfits to work with but he loves us haha but king in my opinion stands above us. He is over 2 Divs and the hardest ones I might add and has successfully got the ball rolling in places even I couldn't. His outstanding goes beyond being just being a member but going above and beyond and creating last friendships between members always checking up on them. He does it all then some. You all done goofed if you don’t recognize this Leader. He is currently the leader of DM one of the most secure divisions in KSI, No TSB issues at all, takes every safety precaution he can to protect all 320+ members. Co-Div for 4 months yall need to promote this guy. He has to deal with me on a daily basis that in itself is a very taxing feat! Ask Kitty she be like yall listen here this guy noooooooo, then laugh about it. Hands down I don’t think anyone can work so hard day in and day out making sure all the security checks are done right always making sure peoples friends lists are clear, to protect the rest of the members. He successfully got his div together make teams for Spirit week, lead the charge got 1st in Poker for spirit week setting the precedence that he leads from the front. I would love to type more but honestly this is the biggest thing to take away from this. He keeps the most insane people in check making his div the greatest, he is more than qualified/earned this award he is what this award is made for! From troubleshooting discord server to successfully turning a dying squad into the second-best squad in DM. He has done a lot for DM, I am super impressed with his performance! He has hiccups every know and then but he takes the time go back and easily correct the whoops move past it and never do it again. With him taking over the CEP side of the things in DM I haven’t heard any complaining or gripes from the members. It is still running successfully and continues to do so. He hasn’t taken the hint KYLE FOR PRODUCTIONS! Yet but give him time he will. Over all out of all the Co-Fos I have working with me im truly excited to see the ideas he has come up with and watching the steps he is making to better himself and DM as a hole. I would love to take credit for it but I can’t he has grown into a rocking Co-Fo has potential to be a lot more. Glad to have him apart of the team and honestly having one of the most stable divisions in KSI he plays a huge role in that. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – Gen DM Venom Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO Reasoning why the deserve this – Gen – KSIxROMEO, Honestly for the longest time in DM has had the number one squad which was Cruelty, Cruelty split into Venom and here we are today. The most respected general you will ever meet in DM as of right now. His members will follow him through thick and thin, and he shows them the mutual respect and for that alone his squad thrives. Another big thing to note is the fact his previous Gen told him he could never be a Gen with his schedule. That alone fueled his hard work ethic and became the best GEN he could be. Through his success he has inspired so many to step up and be officers for him, I myself am a little inspired and want to strive to be better then I am. We consider ourselves the A the team, this guy showed me the way to being a successful PO but how to be a better 7. My way of thinking is Black and White, King brought in the Grey portion trying to steer me in the right direction to help a div with the welcoming committee and in the end, I saw the light and we worked it out. Also this is huge for me I had people waiting in the join/rejoin section and usually when I see people that I am interested in and its been more than 24hrs and no one from the join/rejoin staff not commenting I can count on king when I said him a message legit 30 seconds later he is doing what others don’t. I FREAKING love it!!! Someone to count on. Someone who has mutual respect. Overall DW you got a good one don’t let him go! Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -Sgt DM Hellborn Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why they deserve this Member – KSI Meshell 7, she is relatively new to DM. HOWEVER! With recent events in DM, the amount of gratitude I have towards my Mentor is unfathomable. I made a squad called Hellborn and its better then Hellfire! Anyway, the squad started to die, it was a sad sad couple week watching it die. Meshell put in a Div transfer and entered hellborn! Holy smokes a new light was brought into the squad. Not only is the squad finally stable thanks to the amount of work and effort she put it in, but its starting to grow, game nights are thriving, discord is blowing up. It was a miracle the 7-staff including myself are shocked. We are very thankful and grateful she came to DM. I am proud to say Meshell thank you! (Ill never say it again you better screen cap this) Will be editing soon for Lt and Cpt couldn't make up my mind its close!

KSI Blood 7 Demonic Mayhem KSI has been doing spring break, turkey bowl, spirit week for awhile now. Why is it we seperate the 7 staff from playing in matches with there fellow people from there respected Divs? Why do we have 7 specific games? Why are we seperating our leadership with members in our Divs? Can we change this? I believe lead by example is huge in KSI, as well as be the change you wanna see. Maybe its time for change.

OS lvl 1 for gambit. That just makes sense doesn't it? I mean the guy ran a very successful Head hunters season, alot of try hards this season and yet he made everything fair and reasonable and would always go out of his way to make sure the rules were followed to the T. Very much like how he ran DM back in the somewhat day. He gave Kitty a rockin Div and set her on the right path to what DM is now, the success of DM isnt just what he did as a Div Leader but also what he accomplished for us as a Director. The man has a Silver Tongue, his way with words can calm the most rage induced person I know and that is a feat on its own. This guy is without question is more then deserving of OS lvl 1. From what i mentioned plus Co-Head of TnE could call it the DM of web ops now ;. To being a PO Everything Gambit does, he gives it all plus more. Never a dull moment with him.

It is now actually getting hard to write about her, because she does it all and everyone continues to right about how awesome she is, so making it genuine is hard. Kitty period. She is a bad a** idk what to say! DM has a curse where a squad suffers from not having officers, for the longest time it was cruelty. Now its Venom and its Romeos squad. He has kept all his members active, trains the officers he does have. His does his role flawlessly. This month especially coming to the 7s when he needs help when it comes to hosting game nights, and the 7 staff love to host them for his squad because the standard vibe Romeo has set in his squad is such a warm and welcoming feeling, it brings out the best in all his members. While Romeo works as hard as he does in RL, he will still jump in parties while on Poop making sure everything is all tickty boo with his squad. His dedication and work ethic are the best in DM no one can compare! He has been a 1st captain for a month, waiting patiently for his squad split this up coming Thursday. During this month he has prepared all his members for the split, while on vacation he has continued to do so making sure everyone is 100% okay and comfortable with it. Through his own personal experience, he has gone way above and beyond helping members cope with real life issues and even if it takes him all day and night to help someone he will always go out of his way to do so. AInt gonna lie this guy did rub me the wrong way when he first got into Cruelty, after all it was my home squad. After seeing what he can bring to the table and how much respect and admiration he has from his squad, I have had a massive change of heart and from he has done and will do I can’t wait to see what he can do as the next potential owner of cruelty. Everyday he posts an inspirational quote to help motivate his Div, everyone loves to read them its an awesome way to start the day. From day in and day out he does everything in his power to make DM home for everyone this month he has done an amazing job at that. Great Job man. Not only is he active on Discord and Xbox, he is also very active on the forums.
