That's fair I guess. I guess I look at it the other way kinda, since they are on the Board and have been in for many years, and have seen/witnessed multiple of these awards, I would expect them to have more than two vague sentences. I understand where you are coming from though. If it wasn't two Board members and two random members in a division, I wouldn't have even brought it up and would've just voted no. 

OS LvL 1(Bronze):
I have worked with BMP on and off for three years. I met him when he was freshly promoted as Cofounder, I was reassigned from HD to assist DL as every other leader besides BMP had abandoned post. I'm going to repeat myself because this fact alone is outstanding in and of itself as he literally was promoted on a Thursday and by the following Monday every other division level leader abandoned their post, BMP, and the division. Against all odds, which includes but is not limited to five to six squads with no less than four game types up to six in one, all in the Xbox 360 at the time with one to two squads without gens, BMP stuck it out and stayed. BMP took part in the reorganization of DL which had resulted in the divisions survival as members back then were discouraged having had been through turmoil and being abandoned by their other leaders. We took six squads down to four, assigned those squads game types ranging from Call of Duty Black Ops 2 through CoD AW. At that time BMP was not only needed to train and operate as a cofo but was needed as a General or a squad that had no General and limited officers. If it was not for BMP stepping up Dark Legions would be in the grave yard today. I want you guys to consider one more thing, at the risk of not getting to personal, he was doing all of this while dealing with the struggles of steady living arrangements and fought through it for as long as he could. BMP would eventually have to step down, but came back and played a part in along leading DL to a new frontier the Xbox ONE. That squad is still the premier Call of Duty squad on the Xbox one for DL. 
Outside of what I've already mentioned, BMP is a vast wealth of experience, history, and knowledge. BMP is very aware of his divisions both DL and ES as well as the community as a whole. BMP is a very welcoming person and very socable and is open to sharing in his experiences and knowledge as well as introducing his members to his and their leaders. Through life's struggles and everyday events BMP is still here where others would have given up and has a very bright future for himself in the community. This isn't hard and he's very deserving and I think it's something to say all of that what I've said I'd submit for his helping hand nomination. I can't stress enough, when DL was at us most crucial and vulnerable moment of 85 members and abandoned in turmoil by its other leaders BMP stuck around to help and make sure DL survived and the members had somebody to rely on for help on various issues and topics. It would be too much to go into specifics and to be honest that was three years ago and I'll be honest I don't remember everything, but I do know without him DL was sketchy of me and he most definitely helped me break the ice and get where I am today, if that doesn't mean something coming from a senior director, I don't know what does.

It was tough for me to determine but in the end I felt there was enough evidence to pull out of the statements to where if I had to I could explain why he deserves it even if I didn't know him. I do see what you mean though.

I agree with Collector. I think that 40 posts on the forums is very easily attained, especially if one is an officer. Between posting roll call, game night attendance, and workshops among various squad chats and king of the hills.. this really isn't a problem to achieve. Besides that, it gives them general forums knowledge before coming to post in the AAP section... (Not that it always helps, but it's a good buffer.) 

For example a 4CPT that only has 30 posts and didn't even read the rules for nominating in AAP. I think I would have to say we keep the minimum post count where it is

I just want to point out that Silence copied his nominations from last month and used them again this month. I'm not sure about anyone else, but to me that doesn't really prove how his nominees were the most outstanding during the month of July, seeings as it is the same info as last month.
 

SGT’s

-        Expected to attend any and all meetings from this rank forward

-        Should utilize basic problem solving techniques on lower ranks

-        Responsible for recruiting new members

-        Should encourage other members

-        Should be active on the forums

-        Should offer assistance to SSGT’s or LT’s when & where needed

-        Should be in process of learning basic KSI knowledge


 
SSGT’s: This rank should be used as an ideal pool of members the General can use to pick future officers

-        Must be flawless in the recruiting process

-        Should check their respective squad tag for PVT’s and CPL’s and hold game lobbies for them

-        Responsible for training their squad members on how to recruit properly

-        Should randomly quiz recruiters on the recruiting procedures and methods

-        Must know rank structure from Recruit to Senior Director and how long it takes to become each rank up to General


 
LT’s

-        Responsible for making sure the weekly recruiting quota is met (5 recruits per week)

-        Daily check of the Recruit Tag and train any available recruits on the tag

-        Handles issues that the SGT’s and SSGT’s can’t fix

-        Helps the CPT’s when and where necessary

-        Should recruit if asked, or may continue to do such actions while doing other duties

-        Must be training SSGT’s on becoming future leaders


 
CPT’s

-        Must be able to train LT’s and SSGT’s on how to do a CPT’s job

-        Must be a master in recruiting and training

-        Suggests to the General which SSGT’s should become LT’s

-        Eligible to run a HH team

-        Highest CPT must know how to run a squad meeting while learning to run effectively if the General is away


 
Generals

-        Squad stats & goals must be done by 11:59 PM Tuesdays every week! These are to be done on Tuesdays

-        Must constantly ensure G14 & Squad Tag matches (minimum every other day!)

-        Must set out realistic goals & ensure all officers understand these goals

-         Must send out a minimum of 4 messages a week from the squad tag

o   Recruiting workshop (24 hours in advance)

o   Roll call Wednesday

o   Squad meeting (24 hours in advance)

o   Weekend Warfare & 7’s vs. Viewers

-        Communicate with other Generals and Co-founders efficiently and effectively

-        Ensure all ranks have an understanding of their duties and fulfill them

-        Keep motivation up & teach leadership skills onto others

Yeah I looked through it and saw that it used to be used, but it doesn't appear that it has been for quite some time. I don't think it's really been used since I have been AAP Staff, but I think it would be good to get back to using, especially since we have multiple LEAD instructors again
