Senior Leader KSI TexAngel 7 CCO @KSI TexAngel 77 Tex has always been supportive of ES and we are lucky to have her over our squad, but she went above and beyond the last month by becoming aa acting lowly Gen, besides being our acting director as well as her normal CCO responsibilities, She has brought up two officers who have stepped up and started getting that squad back to where it needs to be. She also gave up a her normal day off to make sure those officers were trained and knew what their responsibilities are. As div lead I can always go to here with frustrations or to get some advice. CoFounder KSIProphecy7 COFO ES @KSI PROPHECY v7 Since Prophecy became a cofounder in ES he has never stopped being there for the division and the members. He take on what ever needs to be done and I know if I ask him to take something in it will be done. He knows his job and just does it. He is currently helping rebuild one of our squads and I know he will do an awesome job, because he has done it before Captain KSI GunGuru CPT Succubus @xGunGurux2A In the last two weeks Gun guru has stepped up and taken control of succubus with his gen on LOA and even though he is a new CPT he has stepped up and taken responsibility for the squad. He is not afraid to ask for help when he needs it and still has some learning to do but is willing to learn and has shown that he applies what he is taught LT KSI Catfood70 LT Succubus @KSI catfood70 When I became 7 over Succubus Catfood was all about what do I need to learn, Can I do this, can I do that. It was refreshing to have such an eager officer. When I look at the activity log of his game nights he has huge parties. He reaches out to people in the squad and always has different people in his parties. I am excited to see where he goes from here SSGT KSI SirBerry SSGT Angels @KSI Sir Berry Even before Sir Berry was promoted to SSGT he was reaching out to Angels members nd getting to know them. He start keeping track of who he heard from and who he didn't. He has been making sure that the information he finds out is communicated to the other officers and 7 staff. He has volunteered to do workshops and eager to make sure he is up to date on the ones he needs. Angels is lucky to have him back as an officer

I want to shout out to @KSI TexAngel 77 for being there to vent, get advice and knowing she will tell me what I am doing wrong and giving me the chance to fix it. She has been here for division and with her support we can bring ES to where it needs to be I also want to shout out to @KSI Swag 77 for putting a tin of work in building our Officer training server!

Senior Leader: KSI TexAngel 7 @KSI TexAngel 77 Tex has been crucial to the work we are doing to bring ES back from the brink. She made the hard decisions and constantly encouraging us to communicate and be the leaders she knew we could be. When we messed up she would admonish and correct us but always with the intent to make us better leaders. She set the Division up to succeed, because it was more important that we were on the right path than we had symptoms of being on the right path. So the growth was slow and steady but it came because of her leadership as director and senior director over ES Division Leader: KSI Shadow007 @KSI Shadow007 Shadow is a quiet leader, who will lay down the law when necessary, and listens to the other leaders in the div. He was instrumental in melding leaders from 3 divisions together to help form "the New ES". He lets the leaders run with their strengths and also encourages them to step out in areas they are not comfortable in. He has on more than one occasion call me out as his "memory" in div leaders meetings. That no only build me up in my own eyes but also gave me a good rep among other leaders. To me that is one of the most important thing a leader does is bolster the confidence of those around them. Co-Founder: KSI Death 77 @KSI DEATH 77 DEATH never let our division forget how important it is to recruit, recruit, recruit. It's been a long haul to change our wishy washy attitude about recruiting to where, now, every one in ES knows this is important to whatever goals we have. I am not sure we would have gotten here without him constantly pushing it at 7s meetings and gens meetings. We might have gotten there eventually but his presence never let us forget it and it is one of the reasons ES has has the growth it now enjoys. General: Captain: KSI Nightgunner @KSI NightGunner For a guy who didn't want t o be an officer again, Nightgunner has shown himself to be a consistent officer presence in his squad. He supports his Gen, knows his members and can tell me anything I want to know about the squad. He has a no nonsense attitude that his squad members and officers respect him for. CPL DemonicDragon00 @DemonicDragon00 IN the past year demonic has been deployed to both South Korea and now Germany, but he has never failed to get with members of the community and hang out. He has been one of the most consistent members playing and communicating with the division. I am so glad to have him in this division and Succubus is lucky to have him

Like any evasive operation is has taken time for ES to heal. She gave us the time to heal and brought up and trained leaders who can bring ES into the future. One of the things I have come to appreciate about Tex is that her whole style is to train leaders so they can take over. The whole division isn't held together by the force of her personality because although she has made incredible contributions to ES. She has instilled in us that ES is not about any one person or leader it is about the division s a whole and about the leaders and mentors who make up the division. Especially as a COFO, he has challenge me to do things I haven't done before and been there for advice on handling new situations. When he first came to ES he had ideas about the way to run things but was quick to see that what works in one div doesn't work in another. This flexibility has served him and ES well in the last few months. He is always open to do things to better the division. He listens to input from the staff, just recently he went over some topics we were going to cover with the officers and I made some comments, and he include some of my wording and emphasis. This shows that he listens and values input from other officers. ES is very lucky to have an officer like shadow who can bring ES into the future General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DEATH 77 (COFO - ES) Link to forums account - @KSI DEATH 77 Reasoning why the deserve this - Death has brought Angels from a ravaged squad to the largest in the div and built an officer staff that is continuing to build not only that squad but the division as a whole. The squad he built is an example to the whole division what can be done and that there are no excuses for not moving forward. Death is not afraid to tell is like he sees it but also willing to understand that he doesn't necessarily see everything. I admire his fearlessness in handing issues and not being afraid to confront a toxic personality and simply state this is not acceptable. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Vip3r (Gen - ES/Angels) Link to forums account - @KSI VIP3R [CPT] Reasoning why they deserve this - Viper became a officer when I was Gen of a different squad. He rose up the ranks pretty quickly but it wasn't until I became COFO that I saw his leadership skills and knowledge of how to handle anything that comes his way. He demonstrated long before he became gen that he could run a squad meeting, handle tough issues and other assorted gen responsibilities. Recently, we brought up a member that might cause issues and we wanted to make sure he was aware of the possible problems. We barely had to express our concerns and he let us know he was right on top of it. He didn't do it by saying "I'm on top of it", he did it by talking about a conversation he had with the member and what he had seen with the member and how he perceived the member. I think the whole 7 staff was like ...OK he's got this. LT Gamertag(Rank-Division/Squad) - KSI xGhost21x (LT - Athena/ES) Link to forums account - @KSI xGHOST21x Since I have been acting Gen of Athena Ghost has done nothing but step up, step up and step up some more. He has been involved in almost all all the recruits Athena has gotten in the last month. He picks up and runs with anything he is given to do and has been my right hand since the CPT has been on LOA. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sniperclone (SGT - Athena/ES) Link to forums account - @KSIsniperclone Reasoning why they deserve this - Sniper is a great member and is not afraid to bring up what he sees as problems. Members don't always understand that there input is very valuable to a squad and that they will see things an officer might not see. Sniper has brought issues to my attention and I am glad to have him in the squad. I hope one day he will choose to climb the ranks again because Athena and ES need people like him.

Even with that she didn't rush us to get into position we weren't ready for. She also slowly but surely has changed the mindset of the division so we are moving forward and not always looking back. She took a team from different background from different divisions and brought us together, so we work as one team together, not multiple teams competing against each other. I always felt I could share difficulties because he was always there to help and not judge. The squad has new officers and a bunch of new recruits. The recruits are active and Deathwish has new officers lined up so if one doesn't work out the squad still has the officer staff it needs. When you hangout with the officers in his squad you can tell they really enjoy being there and I believe it is because that is the atmosphere that Deathwish promotes in his squad. He ran game nights for his squad when there was no one else doing them. He is truly his Gen's right hand which is exactly what is needed. He is proactive, he doesn't always ave to run to his gen to find out what to do,. He sees a problem and does what needs to be done to resolve it. As acting Gen he is helping pull the other officers together to do what needs to be done. In some ways he is actually doing a CPT work. I have seen him encourage officers, and has been a huge help to me in starting to get Athena back on its feet.
