Being in a party with King you know your in for a good time, he always has full control of the party and there is never a dull or quite moment. He always comes up with a conversation. 
 There is a lot of members in the community that wonders how he gets the members energized. He has a way to have you challenge yourself and have it rub off where you have others challenge themself. He always speak with the members to get them to join a department and that member goes and puts up a application for that department.
 He is always busy posting any KSI event in the discord to give the members a opportunity to participate in the event. He also gets them involved in the signature of the week , SYTYCW and etc.
  If you need someone to talk to or even rant King is always the good listener and it helps the member feel better. If a member is not feeling clan ops King is awesome at helping that member find there why , which gives that member the courage to go forward and strive to do better.
 King encourages members to strive to do their best by giving them the knowledge they need to succeed.

So this is my witness statement for Fadez, I don't really know him in the clan up area but I do know he will help out any member he is able to. Now let's talk on the area I do know him at and that is the department level. He is the head of HSI and I work with him in that department. I see he works extremely hard at making HSI a successful department. He tries different thing to see what works in the department but he doesn't do it alone he ask for the opinion of the members inside the departnent. He gets everyone involved in doing the interviews and make sure you are comfortable when it is your turn to do the interview.  At any time you have a question He is there for you.
He is also in the news department he is always getting out those articles for the community to read and enjoy. He is also a join mod so this makes him very busy but not to busy to help out any member in need he is there if you need him. He is a very hard worker and deserves this award.

What I would want it to be: KSI Tiger has been a mentor to many in her division  She has taken as much knowledge as she could and spread it thoughtout the division  Tiger as pulled in a lot of recruits and help build the division  She was dedicated and a motivator for all in the division 
 
What I think it would ACTUALLY be: Tiger has gone to Gen for nine months and finally got Cyanide to split and moved to a 7 seat
