Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag busts his butt day in and day out for SL. His goal is to create SL into the best division it can be, provide opportunities for everyone to learn and grow, and to ultimately see the success of our division as a whole. Swag will go to the ends of the earth for EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of our division. Not only that but swag is a wealth of knowledge, and motivation. He always has insight to provide for any situation that comes up and with this insight I have been able to overcome any hurdle in front of me thus far.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii has done so much for my squad lately. From standing in as acting Gen,  helping remove fluff, motivation of the officer corps to become the best they can be, and helping get our members excited and active again. He goes above in beyond in his role as a mentor and Co-Fo. Kakashii has become a powerhouse in SL helping to recharge multiple squads in his tenure so far.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Hipparu has worked diligently alongside Kakashii to completely rebuild Prestige from near death to become one of the strongest and most active squads in SL. But not only that, her hard work even extends to those outside of her squad, providing workshops and advice for anyone who needs it. HIPPARU is truly a force to be reckoned with when it comes to leadership skills and will no doubt mold Prestige into a powerhouse unlike any other.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Through all the adversity that has plagued our squad this month, Bison has stood his ground, gritted his teeth, and proven what a capable officer he is. From working alongside Kakashii and I to manage fluff, to hosting very successful Gamenights,  and even to motivating the officer corp and members of knights.

Reasoning why they deserve this -Not Batman has recently returned to Knights from a business transfer to another squad  since his return he has hit the ground running and proven himself a capable and reliable officer in only a short time. Not 24 hours after his transfer he set up gamenights and immediately began working with potential officers to get them trained up and ready to take their first steps into leadership roles. Not Batman is an essential officer to our corps and the sky is the limit for him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - BeanBean has gone above and beyond the positing of SSGT and proven himself ready, willing, and capable to handle any tasks in front of him. He has some of the most successful gamenights in our squad, and is a diligent learner.  He has already begun doing the work of an LT, stepping up for the betterment of the squad. I look forward to seeing what Bean can and will accomplish during his time here

Reasoning why they deserve this - Brim has shown an enormous hunger for knowledge and an aptitude for adapting to any new circumstances. He has recently showed interest in becoming an officer and has hit the ground running with his training, pulling two recruits in a short period of time and clearing his schedule to make time to knock out workshops so that he is ready to become an officer ASAP.

KSI HIPPARU definitely deserves this award. She has been one of the greatest assets to Prestige SL. If it wasnt for her the squad might have ended up closing. She became a SSGT during/right after her squad got poached by its former general. With only a general and two other (not as active) officers she dedicated all her time and energy into rebuilding prestige. She worked so hard that she eventually earned her way to the rank of general. She is a staple in Prestige and a main reason it is successful today. The members in her squad and in others all know and love her. She has earned the novice recruiter and jack of all trade awards. She does a great job of motivating her officers and leading by example. She is an excellent trainer. She is sympathetic, but she does not allow anyone to take advantage of her. She is an excellent leader and mentor within KSI. For these reasons @KSI HIPPARU deserves OS 1.

I’m here to witness for HIPPARU, this SL member is a special member. HIPPARU has been threw it all when it comes down to dealing with a dying squad, squad being poached from and losing over 40 members, Etc, but HIPPARU showed her loyalty and proved to the divison that she is here for the long run and wants to succeed in her career in KSI. HIPPARU has proven with her leadership and guidance , that she help revived her squad to be one of the strongest squad in SL. She is always there for her members and she pushes herself so hard to become better leader and I’m very proud and happy that I made the decision to promote her to Gen and can’t wait to see where her journey takes her 

I've been in Lead classes and in general partys with this wonderful person. She listens to her members and make her squad better. i've heard a lot of good she's done and she brought a lot of good bring an falling squad to one of the best squads in the squad. i hope she keeps pushing and makes the best of the squad she is currently in.

Hipparu is definitely 1 of a kind. As I joined prestige she took it upon herself to train and teach me the in and outs in the squad. She is a master at member retention. She excells in recruiting and promotion. She always there when you need her KSI related or not. She will never tell anybody no if they need help. Hipparu is greatness in the making and there's nobody better for this award then her. @KSI HIPPARU

From the 1st day of me bieng in KSI HIPPARU has been there teaching me or helping me out when i need it. She is always there when i need her she is kind and also very good at her job she always goes above and beyond for her members . If HIPPARU was not here  i would have no clue were i would be definitely not were i am today. 

So much can be said about @KSI HIPPARU. When she first got here, Prestige SL was in a bad time. With only her General and herself as officers, she went above and beyond as an SSGT. She learned as much as she could, absorbed all the knowledge around her and become a powerhouse officer. From recruiting to training there is very little that she doesn't know how to do now. She overcame the hardship of a poached squad and made it successful. Recently she was promoted to General of that squad and now is leading her team each and every day. She has a strong will and if need be will do what is necessary to build and grow her squad. Looking at the bigger picture, if she continues to go in the direction she is going and continues to learn and grow and then relay that information to her officers and squad, I guarantee you that we may be seeing her become a 7 one day soon. When it comes to hard work and determination, KSI HIPPARU checks those boxes! Outstanding for sure.

Since joining SL hipparu has been there for me teaching me everything she knows about being a gen even though she is over another Squad. She has been there when I need someone to talk to or need to bounce ideas off someone. Day in and day out I see her playing with new members making sure her officers are good and even helping another Squad. Very good example of a gen in my opinion

KSI Hipparu is a outstanding member! She always goes above and beyond when it comes to making Prestige great. She’s not only always there for her members but she is always willing to train and teach members when the want to learn more about KSI. She is never afraid to step up when needed and she also will not go to sleep till the job is complete. For example: she stayed up till 4 am teaching me how to do security checks and has trained me on how to be a LT. Shes constantly mentoring  me and constantly driving me to be a better officer daily. Without her help, I wouldnt be where I am today. Shes always willing to talk when I need to talk no matter what it’s about big or small. She always makes herself available for her squad and its officers.

HIPPARU is a rare breed. She stepped up to the plate of being an officer during my time as general over prestige. Granted this was a very shaky moment where we had lost 90% of my officer team due to poaching. Morale was low and things were looking dark. However, HIPPARU reached out, mentored directly under me for awhile, and has excelled as an officer and is now the current General of Prestige! She has never failed to dissapoint. Her attention to detail and level of commitment to the squad is unrivaled in my opinion. She never turns down an oppurtinity to learn more, and is now using everything she has learned to succesfully run the squad. she is constantly working member retention, guiding her officer team, and gaming with her members. She without a question deserves OS1 in my opinion.

 KSI Swag 77  is CONSTANTLY party hopping, and he checks up on his members to make sure they are doing well. Swag is always willing to help the members of SL with any questions we may have no matter how small they are. Almost every time that I send him a message or party invite he replies immediatly. It is extremly rare that it takes any time longer than about five minutes to get back to me.  I always see him going through and knocking out the new recruits security checks, and is the first to post a welcome post in our casual channel of discord. You can tell this man loves the rank and division he is in! Swag puts forth the effort that SL needs and deserves!

KSI DC 7 is a very attentive Co-Founder. He has helped train a member when he was in a party with me the member I was training. I see him Party hopping, helping manage squads as an acting gen, and still helping Prestige grow as a sqaud. This man is doing everything in his power to make SL a great division to call home! He has also had a hand in giving me some training this month! DC is a person I can see doing great things for this community and its members.

I constantly see KSI Kakashii 77 working on member retention, assisting in the training of other officers, as well as doing his daily duties as a general. Kakashii has been helping his members with name changes when they show interest, and helping another member buy a game. Kakashii doesn't just treat you like a number, he treats you like family. Kakashii has taken me under his wing to the full extent ever since I was a SGT. I am constantly asking questions on ways to improve myself and the squad, and no matter how big or how small the question is he is ALWAYS there to help answer all of them! This month Kakashii has pushed all of his officers to their full extent and throwing some challenges our way. This man has risen to the challenge multiple times just in the 4 months I have been in KSI. He has been given tasks that would have probably made other Generals wince, and he never blinked an eye. This man is definitely a force to be reckoned with.

KSIxBLACKOUT has show so much improvement this month with his activity in the squad, he has been working on his roles as an officer, and improving on his knowledge in KSI and about the community. This man stayed up until 4 AM doing a full squad security, and is constantly asking questions to better his officer skills. Blackout came to me personally because he was ready to learn the duties of the next rank. I see a very bright future for Blackouts KSI career.

KSI Hipparu has went above and beyond in the role of captain; from training LT to be captains, to helping keep track of the weekly schedules for this month. Just earlier this week she stayed up till 4am help teach a LT how to do security checks and help our general kakashii put together a list to help us get the squad organized for having memebers add new officers to fixing their uniform. This month was a busy month for prestige and she never stopped educating our members or making them feel included. In my eyes KSI Hipparu is an exceptional captain and with what I’ve seen from her I believe she will do very well in her KSI career moving forward.

Swag has been a Division Leader for SL for about three months now. Every single day this guy gives his division his all. He is always in a party with his members, getting to know everyone. He handles all situations, good or bad, with his respective Co-Founder with precision and extreme attention to detail. He has never had a day where he has not signed into his Omega. Since being his director, there is not one thing I have called him on that was proven to be delinquent or negligent. His ability to forecast potential hazards for SL, has been out of this world and has saved him a fair amount of grief to encounter in the future. He is not greedy for success, he has shown me he is willing to take the ethical approach to a shared success amongst his 7's staff. This month he made a decision that will secure future victories for SL. That was to mini-split Templar into Prestige to give it aid and enhance the development process of building Prestige into a powerhouse SL can bank off in the future. To me, this speaks volumes of his character. The average Division Leader would use to opportunity to create their squad, to build a sense of personal success within the division. But, he put his pride away and went to work to build the best division he can, within his control. He is simply on top of his game. Testimony:
DC 7 had a huge hand to play in the overall success of Templar for March. Yesterday, Templar started its process to mini-split into Prestige, a move that seriously needed to happen to enhance the infrastructure within Prestige. This move was pivotal for the division and will secure more victories for SL in time to come. DC 7 spoke to his General, SlickNick more then often to go over the dynamics of Templar to ensure the squad would thrive after the move. They also checked on fluff, the officer core's strength and weakness's in its entirety, activity, recruiting, etc. Slick is one of the newer Gens SL has. So, it was a huge win for DC 7, Slick, and the entire Officer Core of Templar. As of now, the mini-split is already yielding results for Prestige, proving it to be the right decision for both squads. I thank all of the divisional staff for SL for their proven dedication, resilience, and energy for everything each of them has put into SL to make this division what it is. I cant thank you guys enough. I am extremely proud of you guys. Honorable mentions to Cody and DC. Keep up the great work guys.

To kick this off, this guy has only been a General since February 20th. Yet, on March 30th, he conducted a mini-split (refer to above) that is heavily valued to the division. Templar was alotted to carry out this action, mainly because Slick has grown Templar out quite extensively, at the time of his promotion. Templar was at 82 people. One month after his promotion, Templar was rocking out at 120+. One of our squads has had somewhat of a rough time, since they were dealt a less than desirable set of cards about two months ago. Prestige has been working through it diligently, but Templar's mini-split will enhance the process and make Prestige a powerhouse squad for SL. This would not be possible without the extreme amount of work SlickNick has been putting in since wearing the rank of General. He hit the ground running and hasn't looked back. He came into the rank with the right mindset, and it shows. He took over Templar and was immediately respected by his Officers. Every time I look at the Templar Officer Chat, I see a group of guys that put away personal distress aside and make stuff happen. SlickNick has been a diamond in the rough for SL, and I cant wait to see what other wonders he will conjure for SL as his tenure progresses.

KSI HIPPARU in March has proven to be a valuable asset for Prestige and SL overall. I always see her in discord directing the squad into workshops, game nights, meetings etc. She and her peers have carried the activity of the squad and has made Prestige truly a place to call home for her members. HIPPARU has pushed through the pressure the division has placed on her. In SL, the bar is high. She has acknowledged that, and has made that her platform for success. She party hops, mentors, trains, recruits almost on a daily. When she isn't recruiting, she assists KSI Kakashii 77 as the sole captain of Prestige. HIPPARU didn't come into KSI looking for any rank, or any whopping plans of world domination. But, she saw a need for leadership, and she dove head first into the position. Starting, she didn't know what she was doing. The training was to par, but she did not have much time to grow. So, what we are seeing here is a Officer who is figuring out as she goes, while adhering to the standards the division has placed on all squads. Yet, shes rocking it out of the park. The squad would truly not be where it is without her. With her resilience, empathy, confidence, and personal accountability, she is becoming a force to be reckoned with and I think the division is seeing a General in training at the moment.

 Reckless is the missing piece of the Knights puzzle. Reckless has been in KSI for almost a year, but until this month hasn't come out of his shell. But, he didn't come out of the cocoon until he felt truly ready. Right off the bat, this guy started going to work for Templar, and then Knights. This guy has been on top of recruiting, but his main specialty has been mentoring. I have personally sat in multiple parties where he connecting the dots for our junior members, showing them how we operate and why. You can almost see a light bulb glowing in the party screen because Reckless has mastered mentally gauging the readiness of his lower-ranking personnel. From the way he talks, I can see the train of thought diving and weave in the party. He has a way of proving the information needed for success, without overdoing it and maybe losing the interest of an SSG candidate. He has made himself invaluable to his squad. He regularly teaches his SGT's how to recruit, host a game night, and has hosted a multitude of workshops for his squad's benefit. He has done an amazing job and fits "LT of the Month" exceptionally.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Hipparu has exceeded expectations at every step as she has came through the ranks. She never fails to impress me with abilities, and is a upbeat and very positive person. Alot of people in my squad look up to her. Shes currently heading the training of our sgts to become ssgts, hosting all kinds of workshops, and being a very inclusive member overall. Shes an out standing officer in my books.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I believe Kakashii deserves this award for a number of reasons! The first one is because this man has faced every hurdle I have seen thrown at him head on. He tackles each challenge with absolute confidence, and professionally. Kakashii doesn't bat an eye at new obstacles, is always understanding, and gets the job done! Secondly, Kakashii has been a mentor to me and is helping me grow myself to be the best person I can be in and for this squad, while also teaching me awesome things everyday about this squad, and about KSI. The things Kakashii has been teaching me, I can also apply to my life outside of the squad. Lastly, he has shown great loyalty to Prestige, SL, and KSI with the 8 years he's been in the community, with the amount of dedication and work he puts into the squad and community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Rogue has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous every time I've heard him utter a word. He works hard for the division, and is present every time I have had any questions or concerns. One of the things I enjoy most about his leadership is that he is relatable, and so understanding. He keeps a unbiased opinion about any situation, and does his absolute best to help you out with anything he can! Rogue is always willing to fill in where he is needed to help our squad run smoothly. For these reasons, I believe he deserves this award!
