All that is required from you is to be active in the AAP section (Staff area) and to vote every month. And to participate in the mocks as they come. Why are we not doing any of these things? Being 110% serious here guys, If you dont want to be on the team, or you are busy for a few weeks communicate it to me. I dont mind either way. Although voting did close a few hours earlier than I expected, I should have found time earlier to work around school and get it done. It was my first month missing, and it will be my last. As for being active, I check the staff area multiple times a day,I just don't post in here that often. And with the whole mock nomination deal, the last few days I've been trying to give some of the other staff time to respond, but after about 10-12 hours or so, I post in there. We honestly cannot bring in new staff until we know that the staff we already have is fully trained and doing their job properly, so in a way that all depend on you guys. We can operate with 4 Staff Members with Emmy/ Myself adding in our votes as well. |Once everyone is up to par we will be able to consider new staff. We still need to get awards physcially working though, which due to me going on holiday in like 4days doesnt really help us. However just to let you know Impy and Pliers both have awards admin alongside myself and Emmy. Ill get the voting assist done on thursday before I head away for the day too, as soon as that is done Emmy will be doing the Staff vote and closing this month. Keep up the good work team! We are going to make this a good year. When I am back from my holiday We will be looking for more staff to fill our ranks, and we will be doing it with some staff involvement this time. I will be asking you all to scour the KSI members you know for dedicated, forums using members who will make a positive addition to the team. I will also be looking for people as well as having staff applications up. I will be making the time to try and interview each and every person and try building a profile on each person and see where we get.
