I will also be looking for people as well as having staff applications up. I will be making the time to try and interview each and every person and try building a profile on each person and see where we get. I'm alloting four days (that is EXACTLY 96 hours) for the voting, so you have now been warned that the voting closes on Friday 9pm for me, which would be 3pm EST, so please do not leave voting for last second. Also, please make sure to read the topic carefully before casting your viotes, and that Scotland wants some reasonings behind your votes. I told Ascend he should put in an application, he has always shown an interest when it comes to the forums awards and making sure members are being recognized for the things that they've accomplished. As for the individuals that have put in applications I don't really know many of them very well. I think Commando 7 might be good, I think his experience in KSI would be beneficial when it comes to evaluating if someone meets the requirements for an award. I also think that Sycdan 7 would be a beneficial addition to the AAP staff. I don't know him real well but he has stepped up in TI lately and he has shown that he wants to become more involved in some of the departments. That's all the input I have as of now. Lafayette 7 419 Posted May 31, 2016 Report Share Posted May 31, 2016 KSI Sycdan 7 - I take no issue with him, but i've heard mixed reports from many other people, and seen some interesting comments he's made in the SB and so forth, lol. I think mods/admins have hard to poke him a couple times about talking about private things....in private. Just what i've seen, though. KSI COMMAND0 7 - Good dude. I don't think he'll have any trouble with keeping up with the program or forgetting to vote or anything. Always thought he was a legit guy. KSI x Karma - Has a big personality. Hung out with her a bit here and there when i was a Director, just running into each other. She seems to juggle the roles she has well. General, History Team, possibly AAP, etc. KSI RageFlip - :/ I don't know about this one. She doesn't seem to stay in KSI for more than 4 or 5 months. Don't know if she's super retain able. Just my observations, may not be entirely true. KSIxDeathScythe - I don't think he had become an Officer yet when i was a Div Leader/Director, so i've only known him since i've stepped down. He seems to be one of those guys who wants to get his hands in f'n everything, lol. Always got a real "dedicated" vibe from him. KSI Starset 7 - Fine by me. I'm familiar with him from the Courts. Cool dude. KSI Ascend 7 - He has the unbiased nature that many Div Leaders are supposed to have. Overall a very coolio julio fella. I think he'd probably be one of my favorites from the bunch. KSI Taiga 7 - I don't know if this guy's application would count. He got kicked out of FI not too long ago so i don't know if he's still interested or not. KSI PHIL0S0PHY - He seems to be doing a LOT of stuff already. Not to say that should like disqualify him or anything, lol, just that he might need to compartmentalize what's important to him a couple months down the road, and that might include dropping out of AAP. Just my observations. KSi Reigns 7 - Again, fine by me. She already has a good reputation with the Judges, and is very good at defusing situations as well as respecting other peoples space. She's the only one so far who has helped in the join area without pissing anyone off, lololol. Overall a legit member, work well with her. Would be good addition to team. KSI R0ckStar90 - You're the leader of the dept, but . I kicked him out of WI a while ago for being totally off the wall and i wasn't the first. He may have change since then but i don't know one way or the other. I think he hates me as well, sent me a "love letter" when i booted him telling me to go violate myself. Lmao. Both have already been uploaded to the site. As Im sure you all have seen, I am looking to clean up anyones awards who may for whatever reason be missing any. In case you all are unaware, over the last month I have had 3 family members pass, including a grandmother in which I was very close with yesterday morning. I have recently become so busy that I have barely had time to check the forums, and I know when awards are fully back up and running that I will be more of a liability to the team than an asset due to the lack of time I will have during the remainder of the summer. I am doing this not only for my self, but for the best interest for the team. Scotty and Emmy, I am extremely upset that I am having to do this, but I have always believed that my personal life is more important than KSI. This could not have possibly come at a worse time, especially because of how short we are on staff, but I feel like this is the best thing for me to do. I wish nothing but the best for the program, and under the amazing leadership y'all have, I know you will succeed when the awards are back up and running.
