Not sure if gen can nominate for awards, mayb jus founders or higher. Even so, once nominated proof must be shown as to if the person deserves it. Now when we have of the month awards such as gen or rookie of the month then i kno for a fact all can vote. Thats more of a poll and the person with the most votes wins that award. Be advised, I went on the recruit tag and im still seeing people that dont have dates, mottos and or bios visable. Seeing people that have been trained but dont have anyone listed as there trainer. Sargents; we have to make sure we are doing this process right and LT's, you guys have to stay on top of the SGT's to make sure they are doing it right. I've noticed this same thing, but I've also noticed that on alot of those profiles, if you back out of the player completely and then go back into the profile then all of a sudden the motto/bio appear where they weren't just a moment ago. I ran into some of this last night with some recruits I was looking to train. I'll definitely be checking those finer details as they make all the difference, and passing on feedback to the sergeants. So far all Shadow trainings have shown that Shadow Sergeants are doing WORK. I have noticed that i look at someones motto and bio and it hasnt been changed but then i do back out and i see that it has updates. The information that i posted about this situation was from the xbox.com website. Im not sure if that lags too but there are a hand full of out KSi members that i cant see there motto and bio and some things are minorly wrong. Not a big deal to me. I just wat to insure that we dot all of our I's and cross all of our T's. you know. And KSI VEILSIX, big ups to you bro. you have been doing a great job as well. Keep it up man.
