KSI BuMPer 7 77
Well folks, for those who dont know me let me give yall a brief intro. I am now KSI BuMPer 7, the new Co-Founder in our great division, DL. I was recruit 8-20-2013 into NECRO DL and in October of 2013 went to REAPERS DL in the squad split. I was a SSGT at the time of the split and and got 4LT shortly after. I made my way up the ranks, dealing with a lot of stuff in the process between inactive officers, to the point I was the only one active, and members leaving and causing drama. So I have seen my fair share of roadblocks and seen DL move past them. I do believe we can do this again. I became REAPERS DL GEN on May 15 of this year and I am so excited to now be a Co-Founder. I am easily accessible on xbox most of the time and also on kik(KSI_iamtheBMP94). I look forward to working with everyone and helping turn this division around real quick. You should post your history in the respective section in leaders area [emoji41] everyone has a story. I'm glad you and I got to have that heart to heart conversation a while back and I'm confident you'll do well as a cofounder and much more when the opportunity arises. There's some work to be done here but it'll all be worth it in the end. Trust meh What up DL? Just sending a friendly "Happy Halloween" from LW. Happy Halloween!!!! PANTSIR 165
Good Day Dark Legions I am KSI PANTSIR 7 your Senior CoFounder and Acting General. I am a Community member with an overall year and half of TIS and experience. I hail from the former Armada Division HD. That's a brief past. I also serve in two of the most active departments this community provides. The Awards and Achievement Program and the Tournaments and Events Staff, among a few others. It is my mission that you the member are offered the full Community experience. This comes with the Knowledge, know how, and the ability to effectively communicate. The strength comes from activity, leadership, and opportunity. Integrity is defined as doing the right thing regardless of the who what when why where and how. As a leader I see this as making sure my subordinate leader's are equipped with all three and have the tools to operate effectively. It is in the best interest of *THIS* squad and Division that we reorganize and re-educate before moving forward. This will allow us to work together more effectively and allow us to have more fun and opportunity by grouping like minded gamers together. I look forward to gaming and working together as a team no matter what games you play on Xbox and providing the knowledge opportunity and skills needed to be a successful member leader and gamer in KSI Global. Keep in mind officers your additional duties equal addition responsibilities but as a team we share that responsibility and grow as squad/division better in a more relaxed and enjoyable environment.
