Inactive squads tend to harbor a lot of fluff. This in turn gives the division a bad impression to not only members of KSI wanting to join a squad within FI but to also external members and officers. My squad had a discussion about what people should be doing, within their squad as well as their responsibilities for the welfare of lower ranking members that may need guidance or training. - discussed about transfers into different squads. The General that is being asked if a member can transfer cannot refuse the transfer. However the General that the member is hoping to transfer to can refuse their arrival into their squad. This is to make sure that all members are treated with equality and respect. None of my members said they would even dream about leaving ignite which is a plus. - New Gametypes are out on the forums. The transfer over to the new squad type shouldn't take more than a week an a half maximum. If the time taken exceeds this time then the general of that squad will be pulled into a 7s party for questioning. - Ensure that positive messages are being sent out daily and they contain the necessary information to give the squad full understanding. Positive messages should be used to encourage activity and promote to a healthy and successful squad.
