Ensure the member has 20 minutes or so to dedicate to the training session before beginning. 1) Review the recruits’ qualifications (age/maturity level) and ensure that the standards were followed during the recruitment process. 15 years old minimum. - In the case of a recruiting violation report the Recruiter to your General IMMEDIATELY for retraining/administrative action. 2) Review the Code of Conduct with the recruit and answer any questions that they may have regarding the CoC. 3) Recite the rank structure: RCT, PVT, CPL, SGT, SSGT, LT, CPT, Gen, COFO, Founder, Co-Div, Div-Leader, Director, Senior-Director. 4) Explain the importance of KSI gamertag and what KSI means. KSI stands for: Knowledge, Strength, Integrity. 5) Explain to the recruit that they must follow the chain of command and bring any issue to their next highest member (SGTs and below go to LTs, LTs go to CPTs, CPTs go to the GEN and so forth.) 6) Explain the importance of Squad Meetings. (We have them for accurate and complete dissemination of: information, news, upcoming events, and the opportunity for members to bring up issues/ideas.) 7) Explain the purpose of the squad tag. The Squad Tag 8) Explain the importance and proper usage of the forums - www.ksiforums.org. ======== After that ======== Once the “8” sections of Recruit training are complete, ensure that the new Private’s motto reflects the promotion to Private: from “KSI Demise DL RCT” to “KSI Demise DL PVT” and so on for each squad. Ensure that the member goes to the correct squad!!! Ensure that the PVT’s bio has both: 1) who recruited the member, including date of recruitment and 2) name of the trainer. Example: “Recruited by: KSI Shaolin 7 on 10/16/2011. Trained by: KSIxAPOCALYPSE7” Steps for recruiting 1. Info about KSI and ask age 2. Read code if conduct 3. Have them change privacy settings (friends list to friends only, profile sharing and viewing on everyone) 4. Have them change location to KSI FIREBIRD FI RCT and bio to Recruited by (your gamertag) (Date) 5. Have them add recruit tag (KSI FI Recruit) it's the one with the horse 6. Wrap it up! KSI CODE OF CONDUCT In order to maintain the high standards and ideals of KSI Global, all members MUST understand and abide by the following "Code of Conduct" 1.Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. 2.KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation. 3.Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members. 4.A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND. 5.All members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas.
